Love that you kept your old iPhone for 4 years. That’s seriously impressive considering most people are getting new phones every 1-2 years. I had considered upgrading from an iPhone 11 to a newer phone, but only because so many other people have newer ones. Truth is, my phone is perfectly fine and I don’t need a new one. Thanks for encouraging intentionality with money.

Thank you for another great video. That throw at 0:52 was pretty effortless haha! I'm generally great with looking after my possessions, however, I'm envious of your ability to keep your sunglasses for years. With travelling as much as I do, I always end up destroying them way too quickly by shoving them into my backpack 😅 Changing into a dumb phone is definitely a fantasy, but I feel like smartphones are great tools to support minimalism; I enjoy the ability to access all my files from Cloud storage, synced notes, maps, calendar and of course my Spotify/Meditation app. The only social media app I have installed is Instagram. I'm trying to make using it less appealing by following only a small amount of accounts - no new posts will put me off from infinite scrolling!

Regarding the iPhone, so your considerations because you don't take a lot of pictures? And what about a high refresh rate for the screen??? Do you also play games on iPhone?

how can you edit videos outside on a 500 nit MacBook screen, with sunglasses on , on a sunny day!!?

I don’t often take my AirPods out, since I’m with my family. I also have an Apple Watch and I carry a tube of ChapStick. I dislike carrying a purse, so I avoid it unless I have no choice.

I think you should always have 3 ft duct tape, 3 ft paracord and fishing line and fishing hook on you. For emergency situations. You also should consider to have a small signalling mirror too. Firearm and knife are essentials too.
