Aww that’s adorable my mom never sang to me but she sang to my siblings I remember laying down in the same room with my older brother as my mom sang his baby song to him this song makes it feel like that mother singing to child I never had it makes me feel happy mom’s singing to her child is important it a thing even when they grow up they will never forget it it’s just adorable (Me and my younger and older brothers shared a room when we where younger)

i remember hearing the acapella version for the first time, it was a few days after i found out i have a very unlikely chance of getting pregnant.I have PCOS and have a higher risk of cancer aswell. It was my dream to go through the same experience as the women before me in my family, although im the first to be in an openly wlw relationship, so that was another factor to the lack of pregnancy. hearing that i had pcos broke my heart, my dream was to have a child with my girlfriend. I just want to sing one lullaby to my baby and im only 16. all i feel i have ledt is my girlfriend and she dosent want kids, so shes the only one i can sing this to. I cried alone in my room after watching the episode of bojack horseman when PC found out she was infertile, it hit so hard and i listened to this on loop that night. I hope everyone in the comments who wants to sing this to their child can one day or will xxx Edit 04/04/24 : Still together with the loml and we've talked about it. Adoption is a growing possibility for us, but an older child. And perhaps some barn animals and cats. Stay safe everyone ❤️
