So true. There's no break from it. You want to run but it follows you, doggedly. Thank you for this. It makes it easier to cope when you know you're not alone. 🌹

Thanks for sharing! May U experience more good experiences, positive encounters 😊with people. I think it’s so commendable that U chose to help people deal with their “Ups & Downs”. I agree with you that it’s definitely 😢 very difficult for people to understand “Bipolar Disorder”, unless a person has experienced it themself. I also think 🤔 the same holds true for people who suffer with general “Depression & Anxiety Disorder.” Best of Luck for continued Success with your writing. 😊

i dont really know how you feel or what thoughts go through your mind, but please know that we love you and live your life for the ones who love you and you might feel yourself insignificant, but you matter for your mom, husband, siblings, wife, dad.. Life is shit and you know that we will probably live up to 80 so ultimatwly want or not we all will die. we just have to surirve for 80 maybe 90 years. Do what you like, screw what people think about you. Get yourself a pet because s/he will love you more than you love yourself and dont think that you are insignificant because he, she loves you. Dont forget to be your own star to shine, so that your light can brighten the others!

I didn’t get help for about 18 months because everybody told me I’m fine. So I get it. I totally understand the desire to refuse help.

I just found out last month that I have bipolar disorder and ADHD , of course it was a self diagnosed cause there's no doctor for that kind of treatment in or near my place. Now Iam trying to know more about this and perhaps a cure. B4 this, I never knew or thought that I'll have this.
