I'm not a regular on this channel, but I used a couple of your video tutorials and found them to be of an excellent quality. I wish you nothing but the best with your new channel, Joe!

I first learnt how to set up OBS AUDIO OUTPUT. I really felt good to have seen the channel. Now i feel soo bad that you are closing it with more than 26k subscribers. One thing i can point is that you were not consistent with uploading your content. Once in a while, if you would have given it 6 more months and upload 2 per week before calling it a quit.

You have a great niche audience and I always appreciate your videos. Fuck that garbage algorithm. I would still make a new channel and continue uploading on this one. Such a shame.

I just subbed today to this channel. One of your videos I caught was very informative. So for that one video, I thank you. And wish you continued success on your new channel.

Thank you. Yea having to much mixed content on this channel has hurt its overall growth. Starting out as just a photography channel, but in the past two years focusing more on streaming, audio and video topics has actually to a point hurt overall growth. Which is why moving to a new channel and only focusing on a fixed genre on that channel will ensure it doesnt end up in the same situation.

Your audio correction video was something I found very value adding as compared to the videos on audio i found on KZread. Please keep making videos with same amount of value addition for us.

Hello, Joe! I just wanted to say thank you for your videos about DaVinci Resolve. They are very to the point and actually, they made me understand the basics of this program really well. I tried a few other manuals today and they were a bit "rocket sciency" because the guys who made them couldn't wait to start having fun. So their "beginner's guides" were starting from masks and other advance stuff. It was fun indeed but I was like "Ehm... who's going to tell me how to start a new project first?" :)) Anyway, I'm so sorry this channel is dead, especially since you promised to make three more videos about DaVinci Resolve... I was really looking forward for them. Oh well. Thank you anyway, good sir!

Thank you Dunny. Yea it was a hard decision. The way KZread has their algorithm setup, if I put one type of content on the channel and someone comes to the channel from that type of video, then doesnt like the other videos he or she see. Then it hurts those videos performance and the channel as a whole. The Algo sees what is going on, but it doesnt understand a persons intent. It just blindly thinks its all hot garbage. So I could have this fixed. But it would require me talking a KZread rep into resetting the algo cache for this channel and also me deleting all my older videos. Since I dont want to remove those videos and getting a rep to reset cache is not likely. This was the best solution. But hey Subscribe over there. I am still going to put out great content you may enjoy.. Cheers :-)

@@JoeJacksonJr Indeed Joe, it's a difficult balancing act. If a channel has a wide and diverse range of subjects it can end up being too generalised which can confuse potential subscribers. I'll be subscribing to the new channel so you'll see me lurking there lol ☺️

Good luck with the new channel buddy, you are a great guy. I learnt quite a lot from your videos involving the Canon 80D, after I bought mine and some of your lens and gear reviews, which happened to be what I was thinking of getting too. I also bookmarked some over the years to watch again and again, as they are so informative. That's why I've come here today to check out any new videos you've done and I found this one. It's such a shame you feel you have no more content to give to this channel, but I know what you mean about declining views Joe. Because I'm not able to do my videos as much as I used to, it's taking much longer for mine to get to 300 views. I think You Tube has really made a big blunder with their changes in recent years. I read recently that if you put out a video once a week, then they will reward you with getting high views, if you don't, then they are basically saying stuff you and don't expect many views. I've never been able to make a video in one week in my life. I would have to stay home without working to do that, then I don't get any money off You Tube so I couldn't do that. I couldn't just give up on my buisness and looking after my land at home, just for the excitement of getting more views. After all, I'm only doing this as a hobby, for a bit of fun and don't get much spare time to use the computer these days, even though I want to. I do however find that any videos I make where I show my face, seems to get a lot more views, though I didn't intend to make any like that when I started, I only wanted to make videos on the odd or exciting things I come across in my area.
