I started showering at night when I had to be at work at 7 AM at my day job and I loved going to bed clean and refreshed! I felt like I had a better sleep after a nice warm shower and my sheets were not as dirty on a weekly basis, as when I did not shower at night. I can get ready in the morning in like 30 minutes where before it will take me over an hour for my hair to dry prepare for work. I am now retired, but I still enjoying shower at night. I think I just like I sleep better.😍❤️😎🌞🌸

I’ve always showered at night. I can’t stand going to sleep with all the day’s germs and bacteria on me! I can’t sleep if I’m yucky!

Exactly! I feel like it’s better for your skin so you can leave moisturizer on all night also.

I'm camp shower at night. It's just so much easier to put on pj's after a shower than have to try to wear real clothes. LOL Plus it keeps your sheets and bed cleaner.

I always shower at night as well , warm shower before bed make my body and muscles relax after work day which make me fall asleep fast . In the Summer months some times i can take just a quick rinse with cooler water without the hair in the morning, it helps me wake up if im to tired still.

Hi Ale, have you tried Moleskin wrapping your back of ankle to reduce the friction/rubbing when wearing those shoes. Or maybe take to a shoe repair place and get that area stretched for more comfort? Hope this helps.

Ale you have been a joy too watch on videos answer too those who ask you about showering well i take one shower in morning during cool weather two in evening before bed on humid or hot days by the way your make up hair and uniform look great

So I work evenings and use downtime in the afternoon to nap, Power Nap !. I ( like you and @JettingJulia ) wake up and start getting ready for work. Changing into my uniform, grabbing a quick hot meal, and out the door to get to work by 4:50 for a 5 O’clock clock in . When I work 4 days a weekend it’s a pretty repetitive schedule :). I love your Vlogs !. Todd :).

Welcome! My biggest tip, is to have entertainment for everyone! It distracts you, and helps the time go by faster. Remember, we do this for a living, so it can't be that bad!

I take my long shower at night, and in the mornings i will either do a cold shower or a fast warm shower, almost a quick bird bath if you will 😂

Are there busses in Nashville? Might be less expensive.

I have to really want to shower, if I shower that early haha. But on this trip I did it once, because it helped me wake up!

I had to laugh at your comment about showering at night. I don't like going to bed dirty. For me it's complete torture to shower in the morning, and if on top of thar the water is cold I'll end up confessing to crimes I didn't commit. I've always been like that. My mom tells me about when I was in elementary school she took a trip and left me with friends, they would would bathe me before school and they told my mom how they had to force me, I think I even cried. When my mom asked more about it she ended up laughing and told them to never bathe me in the mornings.

I shower at night to get the pollen, dust, dirt and to basically clean myself to get into bed clean but I shower in the morning to only wake up and drain my sinuses. My allergies are awful. I live 50 miles from Nashville and here allergies are so bad.

lol The shower comments are so weird! I'm definitely a night shower person, raised and always have been. I don't understand how you can have the whole day, get into bed dirty & wait to shower in the mornings! Water conversation here in Australia is hugely important so no 2 showers a day here! We even have a standard of 2-5min showers only, and even have dual flush toilets for water saving!

Some people shower at night and morning....so they're 😮when others don't. They just thought that was just common practice.

I don’t have restrictions now, I can eat whatever I want. The portions are just much smaller. I can’t fit a lot. I do have foods that make me sick. Too much starch or sugary foods. So I stay away. I try to eat a lot of protein.

People are worried you don't shower? You don't talk about going to the bathroom but it goes without saying. Get a life people.

Why would you wear shoes that hurt, that is the worst feeling ever. They do look lovely so when you get home put some padding on the back of the heel, nice padded foam. Also it looked like you spent more money than you made on that trip. No freaking smoothie is worth $19, that is just stupid.
