    i heard once Oak deadlifts like every 10 days and now hear Larry doing that 2x month like i do and i get best results like that too even though im novice. I cant d-lift more frequently or i stall my progress. Its just blessing to all lifters that you are open on what you do so we can learn by watching you. Happy new year from Finland

    In Powerlifting the creases of the hips should be at least at the same level as the knees. No parallel no center no ass to grass its not an obligation for it to be a good lift

    @@jasonito23 I've used those exact collars and they weigh at max 2lbs together, not 15lbs. They're just plastic, and the bar looks to be standard length so it wouldn't weigh more either. Not hating at all because I can't rep out 585 but I for sure think they're rounding up for hype.

    @@Adam-kt8nl Look a the bar again. That is not a standard 45 lbs bar. Look how long it is. And it although it is bending, it's not bending as much as I've seen regular bars bend. Even with 6 plates look at how much room there is on the ends of this bar. You mentioned the bar, I think that is what it is.

    Thank u. Rules for squat depth are all pretty much top of thigh at the hip crease shall be below top of knee. Calling u a hater is very ignorant.

    Big up Larry for not giving up on that jump. You can tell he was a bit scared of falling over. But to keep going and complete the challenge, after all those squats and leg presses, is impressive.

    @@branislavvucenovic7964 close stance and wide stance is different. With the close stance less ankle mobility is needed with the wider more is needed 😁

    Bradley needs to teach Larry about that depth. I’m not saying he’s not a freak with the weight he can move but if you’re not hitting competition standard depths it’s not a PR.

    Prince Vegeta Larry has talked about this, he purposefully trains above parallel and knows to bury it in competition, he’s never been red lighted for depth.

    Frank Jernigan practicing for above during training is a terrible idea as you will get used to it and off instinct will go above as he did in recent.

    Prince Vegeta I agree with you completely, it’s a terrible idea to train that high, but besides his recent comp he has never been red lighted for depth. Personally I would never train above parallel.
