I lived in Port Royal SC off and on in the 1980s and 1990s (bouncing between SC, CT, and FL frequently during the 1980s). I visited Hilton Head a few times and it's a really chilled place. Porta Royal sits right across the bridge from Paris Island Marine Base, where they filmed Full Metal Jacket, and Lady's Island, where they filmed Forest Gump.

I have NO idea how I missed this episode!! I want to tell you something I say back to you when you ask me if I will “join you, shall I?” I will join you wherever it is that you’re going, my friend. You literally saved my life when I lost my mama in 2019. I found your channel and you were so kind, respectful and fun, I became a very devoted “fan” if you will. I want you to know how grateful I am for what you and what you do. I know you’ll likely never see this, but I needed to post it, perhaps for others who are in the grip of overwhelming grief, sadness, confusion. You are doing exactly what you were meant to do, Adam. And I thank you from the bottom of my mostly mended and much lighter heart. God bless you in your travels, keep you safe and well. ❤️

We truly are in love with Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort and just the entire island. It is one of the most beautiful and scenic areas. And the Live Oak Trees, the marshes, etc !! Nothing like them!! It’s just so Beautiful there!

Adam - make sure you put Fort Pulaski on your agenda the next time you shoot through Savannah. Also, Tybee Island is at the end of the road and makes for a nice visit. The Hilton Head area looks like a great place to stay on vacation. Good job of showing "us" around. Eating healthy & exercising is a good thing.

I love this channel. It has become my favorite. As I get older I have struggled with consistently staying on the exercises. This fall I slumped because I tried putting too many things into my exercise room for storage. I no longer wanted to go in there. I kept up on the walking though but my arms lost their strength 💪 🙃. Now I have the gym room cleared out and I put a stereo in there. I look forward to building up my strength again. Kudos to you for putting efforts into your physical health. Keep us informed on that along with your travels. It is encouraging.

Hilton Head was never on my radar until your stay. I'll have to take a look. It's beautiful there.

This makes me homesick. Was a hilton head resident for many years mid 80's to early 2000. I miss the low country so much!

Best of everything to you this year Adam! I love all your peaceful and relaxing videos you post. You are living life the way it should be. No stress and worries in your life. This is how most people should try and live their lives. And as far as your weight loss and healthy lifestyle you are on the right track to getting in shape. Am 5ft. 5in. and used to weigh 215 at my highest weight but I am now around 140-150. I really got off my lazy butt and watched what I ate and walked daily and funny thing the pounds started to melt away and I have kept my weight off. Plus I used to have acid reflux and when I lost all this weight my acid reflux was gone and I have never had it comeback much if at all since. Keep up the great work on your health and these videos. I really enjoy watching them. Happy adventures and exploring to you!

I’m subscribed to Katie and Spencer, and that’s pretty much all they do. My favorite thing to do on the island was to ride a bike around it. Even getting caught in a rainstorm was fun on a bike. The scenery on the island is just so pretty!

I enjoy your videos! They are calming and peaceful to watch. They were playing pickle ball not tennis. It’s wonderful to see green grass and trees as you ride along (I live in the northeast where it’s cold and stark.)

Vero Beach, I highly reccomend that as a stay for sure. Probably our favorite DVC spot as a family. Seems like there is a similar vibe at Hilton Head thatcan be had at Vero. Congrats on the success of a healthier lifestyle, its important to take care of yourself. Stay safe out there, look forward to seeing more.

Loving the chilli peppers reference and yes little things please us as we get older, it's been boring at work due to covid restrictions and the highlight of our day is counting how many people are on busses that pass 😁
