My knee replacement journey - 8 month update- no yoga for me!

    Hi Jane. I’m right there with you. I tried doing CoreFit Pilates for 2 weeks. It’s Pilates on steroids. I could feel I was really going to get back into pre operation fit. But so much of CoreFit is on your knees. Well at least the classes I was in. I had to go get PRP done to my non operated knee because of pain. Also my TKR knee hurt a bit and also started clicking while I walked. The doctor told me I should never work out on my TKR. It was such a downer to fear. I really want to be in shape again. It’s been almost 2 weeks since the PRP injection in my other knee. So far so good. Pain is going away. I’ll keep you posted on my progress. Keep posting so we all can watch you get better also. Happy new year..

    Hey Jane 👋😊👋 Ya it sounds like you released some tissue I had my MUA on Mon and let me say I'm glad I did it. I can hit 117 with my therapist. I was stuck at 94 for a month. I've had that same sensation of popping or knee buckling when walking. I hope it's all ok for you though

    That's so frustrating when you can't do something you enjoy because your body won't let you. Praying it's just scar tissue!
