Sir Yung commercial fried garlic Po like LKK brand Ang ingredients Niya Po ay may cornstarch. Pano Po kaya pag gawa non?
Chef tanung ko lng un sakin kasi bumubula maigi nka low heat naman sya ..anu kaya rason chef ?
Pano po pag marami masyado yung mantika? Parang nka deep fry , ok lang po ba yun ? Yung sakin kasi hindi nag crisp lumambot lang sya
