এতো দিনে যেহেতু আসেনি, আর আসার দরকার নাই। বাংলাদেশের অর্থনীতি বড় হচ্ছে। দেশে কয়েক কোটির একটা মিডল ক্লাস তৈরি হয়ে গেছে। সামনের বছরগুলোতে বাংলাদেশেরই অনেক নতুন নতুন ফুড চেইন দাঁড়িয়ে যাবে। দেশের টাকা দেশেই থাকুক।

@@user-uo9kz2pn4z সময় তো একটু লাগবেই। মানুষের অর্থনৈতিক সক্ষমতা বাড়ার সাথে সাথে মানুষ শিক্ষিত হবে, সচেতন হবে। বাজারে পণ্যের প্রতিযোগিতা বাড়বে। যেগুলো মানসম্মত, সেগুলোই সারভাইভ করবে। ইকোনমিকস-এ একটা কথা আছে - `Customer is always right`. সুতরাং যারা লাইনে থাকবে না, তারা টিকতেও পারবে না। হবে। সবই হবে। তবে নিম্ন-মধ্যবিত্ত বা মধ্যবিত্ত দেশ হওয়ার কারণে একটু সময় লাগবে।

কারণ আমরা ব্রেনলেস আবাল চু*া তাই। আমরা ভাবি যে জিনিসের দাম বেশি + লাখজারি তা হয়ত বেস্ট পন্য

quality নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে যে price আসবে, তাতে বাজার ধরা যাবে না। যদিও মানুষের হাতে অনেক পয়সা আছে। হুযুগে প্রথম বছর হয়ত চলে যাবে। কিন্তু পরে ভোক্তা দেখবে এর থেকে স্বস্তা অন্য জায়গায় পাচ্ছে। তখন :) তাছাড়া তাদের Cheese বার্গার, happy meal কে অল্প দামে sell দিয়ে মার্কেটিংও করে থাকে। যেখানে মনে হয় না বাংলাদেশে সুবিধা হবে। দেখা যাক, আসলে আসুক। আমারতো এর থেকে তুর্কি কাবাব ই বেশি ভাল লাগে বিদেশী খাদ্য হিসেবে।

Bangladesh isn't a right country for franchise concept. Lack of discipline, quality control, pricing, copyright issues, food safety, lack of tourism there are hundreds of problems make bangladesh not a ideal place for McDonald's. Regardless of unhealthy food McDonald's itself has a global reputation and they don't want to ruin that.

You might not like what she is saying but there is some truth in it, even in a country like Pakistan where there is so much economical issues they still have name brand items and as Bangladeshis we need to be honest and not have too much ego and be too high about ourselves. The country is not that attractive to certain investors than you might like to believe.

@@shyed76isl never did he say this place is a in stoneage of some sort but rather there are business norms that are not suitable for a chain store like McDonalds to do business here.

In USA McDonald's Francise takes 18% profits and corporate takes 10-15% profits. Plus, they do real estate businesses. McDonald's business concept is top heavy.

Some people in BD might not like what this video is saying but there is some truth in it, even in a country like Pakistan where there is so much economical issues and where we are suppose to be better economically, they still have name brand items in their stores and as Bangladeshis we need to be honest and not have too much ego and be too high about ourselves. We Bengalis believe just because our people eat fish like maniacs that we’re the smartest people on earth but that’s to the contrary because some not all but some of our people are backwards in their mentality including some in all the parties of the BD government, they are a bunch of freshies. One of the reasons for the failure of Burger King is its inability to operate properly. I live in Dhanmondi but my office is in Mohammadpur. I get delivery in proper time in Dhanmondi but not in Mohammadpur. When I ordered for delivery at the same time in Burger King and Dominos, it took Dominos 35 minutes to deliver but 1 hour and 25 minutes by Burger King though it takes less time to make burger than pizza. They have outlets in close proximity in Dhanmondi (two branches in road 2 and one opposite New Market) but no branch in Mohammadpur. They have bad service as well - I was misbehaved by their people in Dhanmondi for wanting non-cold Coca Cola but I got the same service in the Bashundhara branch. I think the authority of Burger King is inefficient.

দারাজ সেলারদের কাছ থেকে নিদিষ্ট হারে কমিশন নেই, প্যাকেজিং ম্যাটারিয়াল সেলারদের কাছে বিক্রি করে এবং কাস্টমারদের কাছ থেকে শিপিং চার্জ নেই। এগুলোই দারাজের আয়ের উৎস।

আমি শুনেছি বাংলাদেশের ফিজ্জা হাট আর খেএফসি তাদের লাইসেন্স রিনিউ করে নাই অর্থাৎ এখন আর ফ্র্যাঞ্চাইজি নাই - জোর করে একই নামে চালাচ্ছে। সোজা বাংলায় এগুলি এখন ভুয়া ফিজ্জা হাট আর খেএফসি।

সবচেয়ে বড় কথা হচ্ছে, আমাদের দেশে যে সরকারই আসুক না কেন, সবার চাওয়া হচ্ছে কিছু কর্মহীন মানুষ রাজনীতিবিদদের পিছনে পিছনে ঘুরবে এবং এই সেই সাইকেল চলতেই থাকবে। তা না হলে আমরা চাইলেই বাংলাদেশে অ্যাপল এর ফ্যাক্টরি হতে পারে, ম্যাকডোনাল্ডসের আউটলেট হতে পারে এবং পৃথিবীর বড় বড় কোম্পানির কারখানা হতে পারে, আমাদের রাজনীতিবিদরা চুরি করার সুযোগটা হারাতে চায়না।

KFC doesn't do original franchise anymore. They stopped it a few years ago

@@butterfly5796 ঠিক বলেছেন। তখন ক্লাশ ৩/৪ পড়ি মনেহয়। সবাইকে বলে বেড়াতাম "ম্যাকডোনাল্ডে চাইনিজ খাইছি" 🤣🤣 তখন তো মনেহয় ম্যাকডোনাল্ড আর চাংপাই টা বেশী চলতো।

আমি বার্গার কিং এ প্রথম খাই ২০১৪ সালে মালয়েশিয়ায়। আমাদের এখানে তারা শাখা খোলার পর খেয়ে খুব হতাশ হয়েছিলাম। বার্গারের আকার এবং মান আমার কাছে খুব খারাপ মনে হয়েছে। পরে আবার বাইরেও খেয়েছি আমার কাছে পুরাই আকাশ পাতাল পার্থক্য লেগেছে। McDonald's থেকেও বার্গার কিং এর বার্গার আমার কাছে (ব্যক্তিগত মত) ভালো লাগে। Burgar King এর মত একই কথা Secret Recipe এর ক্ষেত্রেও খাটে। বাইরে খাবারের পরিমাণ এবং মান অনেক ভালো। আমাদের এখানে দাম অনেক বেশি আর মানেও অনেক খারাপ। মূলত মান ধরে রাখাটা একটা বিশাল চ্যালেঞ্জ। Wimpy's নামের আরেকটা ফুড চেইন ছিল ২০০০ সালে, তিন বছর ব্যবসা করে তারাও অপারেশন বন্ধ করে চলে যায়। অনেক ভালো একটা ভিডিও বানিয়েছেন ভাই।

ঠিক বলেছেন ভাই,ভেজালের দেশে উম্পি টিকতে পারে নাই,এদেশের ব্যবসায়ীর যেমন চুতিয়া,কাস্টমারাও সস্তায় বেজাল খাইতে পছন্দ করে,তাই কাস্টমারও তেমন চুতিয়া,একটা কথা আছে না,শিয়ালের পেটে নাকি ঘি হজম হয় না।

Wise decision not to open McDonald's outlet in Bangladesh . We are use to have tasty food . I have had McDonald's burger in park Street Kolkata . Our street burger much better than McDonald's .

Some people in BD might not like what this video is saying but there is some truth in it, even in a country like Pakistan where there is so much economical issues and where we are suppose to be better economically, they still have name brand items in their stores and as Bangladeshis we need to be honest and not have too much ego and be too high about ourselves. We Bengalis believe just because our people eat fish like maniacs that we’re the smartest people on earth but that’s to the contrary because some not all but some of our people are backwards in their mentality including some in all the parties of the BD government, they are a bunch of freshies. Bangladesh as a country is not that attractive to certain investors than you might like to believe.

বাংলাদেশের একমাত্র ফুটপান্ডা ছাড়া তেমন কেউ নেই সামান্য এই ফুটপান্ডা অনেক লোকের কর্মসংস্থান জুগিয়েছে আর অন্যদেশের লোকসংখ্যা তুলনায় রেস্টুরেন্টে অনেক বেশি আমেরিকা,জাপান,কোরিয়া এসকল দেশগুলোকেই দেখুন না তাই তাদের মতন বড় প্রতিষ্ঠান বাংলাদেশে আসলে আমাদের দেশের জন্যই ভালো হত

McD's food quality isn't the best tbh as in taste wise. Even being in Kuwait, where you will find the best quality food, I'm not fond of McD's burgers. I'd honestly prefer Burger King or Wendy's over McD any day.

Just because your taste bud is different doesn’t mean, McDonald’s burger is bad. McDonald’s as a brand is more popular than any other fast food chain in Germany. I worked in one of them. The way they regulates their franchise, I don’t think it would be easier for them to do the same job in Bangladesh. Hence McDonald’s will lose their credibility, that’s why they don’t want to come to BD. There is a KFC in Khulna, which racks up bad reviews every single day.
