My Journey to SPEAKING RUSSIAN - A Tribute 🇬🇪

My Journey to Speaking Russian - 🇬🇪
Join me as I set out to visit a rather unknown monument in Tbilisi Georgia, commemorating the legendary Soviet movie MIMINO.
Situated in the suburbs of Tbilisi, I set out to find the monument and venture away into a local adventure.
When I decided to learn Russian I did it by immersing myself in the language with music, cartoons, and movies, and Mimino was one of my favorites.
The legendary cast of Vakhtang Kikabidze, Frunzik Mkrtchyan and Evgeniy Leonov is a masterpiece and fortunately, there is a subtitled version you can watch here on youtube. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

If you enjoy adventure videos from the former Soviet Union and Central & Eastern Europe, then grab your vodka, some zakuski and join me as we venture into the suburbs of Tbilisi and pay tribute to MIMINO.

I live near Glendale, CA USA, the city with the most Armenians outside of Armenia. The local Armenian owned pizza shops serve Khachapuri (Georgian Pizza) and it is delicious! I can only imagine how great that must taste in Georgia with all the raw natural ingredients.
