Viddal you are honestly so inspiring. The way you talk so passionately about boxing just inspires me and your knowledge and understanding for the sport and your insight is captivating to listen too. The way you analyse this sparring and other training regimes and your other fights and spars in and around boxing is so fascinating to learn and understand from someone who has never done boxing. Thor put his ego aside and learned boxing the proper way. From the ground up, day 1 stuff. Eddie and his team seemed to have adopted an unorthodox style early on, that they felt would be energy efficient and catch Thor off guard. Respect to both men, but Eddie's mindset is what lost him this fight....and this spar. When both men are physical beasts, technique will beat explosive power 9/10

Saying he knocked out pros in sparring, keeping the same stance and sloppy wide punches, never putting his hands up. Thor was very good for his size and expiriance level I do think he is doing the right thing snd has some good people around him ( by the way he performed ), from how he was at wsm 2017 to now he seems to have mellowed out alot and just focusing on what he is doing rn which is boxing, and i dint think there is a person on this earth that his more geneticly gifted than him, as for eddie I am honestly disapointed in his approach and the way he fights, i feel like he didnt have anyone to press him and tell him hey man you are getting hit alot doing that style and it isnt something sustainable for a longer fight and come on its so predictable, but saying that i dont doubt his determination he was expanding wayy more energy than thor and made it through the rounds getting up from those knockdowns and his build was slowing him down alot

His Philly Shell was weak, his reflexes wasn’t fast enough to roll the shoulder and dip, slip punches and is why he kept getting popped by Viddals left hand, which is understandable for a 140kg man and also viddal being fast as hell. He should of just put 2 hands up and use the regular guard and walk through Viddals punches to deliver some of his own sort of like the Mexican style boxing.
