A small tip from a forensics student: no amount of good product is going to repair your hair if it’s damaged. Once it’s that far in the growth stage, the ends have long since been dead. Some products will coat the hair fibers and give the illusion that there is hydration or some sort of fixing going on but there’s nothing really there. The only way to get your hair looking new or repaired is to routinely trim off the damaged ends. However, regardless of any damage, your hair is extremely beautiful as is.

I am so glad my interior knew this 😢 cause they constantly tell me that there are so many repair products and I'm like... um no? They are to make your hair look shiny and soft. (I got a very puffy hair)

I don't think trimming hair regularly is necessary unless you do have split ends. If you take care of your hair it'll be fine. Lots of people trim regularly and then talk about how their hair never seems to grow long when they keep cutting it.

I have extremely fast hair loss. Do you know if there's any sense in buying "anti-hair loss" ointments in pharmacies? (I have this hair loss after covid, it's been 5 or 6 months since then, I've lost about 2/3 of my normal hair amount already, and still it continues falling)

@@nat10887 I know you asked OP but i have some insight. Most hairloss is related to your internal environment. Do you lack iron? Vitamin D? But also one more thing, do you have hypothyroidism issues? Because bestie i have that and my hair falling like crazy because of it. So might wanna check out stuff like this! Because i don't think ointments can do much if your internal environment is not healthy. Unless you don't have clean shower water or something. Ointments are supposed to be extra boost and help. Anyways hopefully op answers too. Best of luck!!

@@nat10887 As far as my learnings go, I’m not studying enough human genetics to have a good understanding of what you’re looking for. That’s a little outside my realm of knowledge as well as plain experience but the commenter answering your question seems to have some sort of understanding of what your asking. There are also many accurate scientific articles that insinuate that there are proven treatments that help fight against or “overwrite” hair loss or pattern baldness but I’d suggest speaking to a doctor, dermatologist or trichologist (someone who focuses solely on hair and scalp issues).

🩷 You'd be surprised how encouraging, little videos like this can be for the depressed Woman, Mother, Sister, Aunt, Grandmother . In deep depression self care is the first to go and the last to come back. Many suffer especially in the winter. Her specific voice is quite calming. Just because she can afford higher end products, in no means, a woman with a smaller budget can't take a trip to the dollar store for inspo and, get some oil, soap, new sponge, deep conditioner, new hair brush ❤ Sometimes it's the little things. Some people only focus on the negative, instead of the positive. Check in with the woman in your life & bring her a self love basket, if she's feeling down, offer to talk about it, pray with her & for her , spend some time, spend a day helping bring her back to life! Run the bath, make her a meal, heat up her towel, change her bedding, give her a manicure, brush her hair, bring her a card and some chocolate. Be judgement free, loving, patient and kind. Never say "it could never be you" God humbles the proud quickly. Instead of putting our younger generation down, let's lift them up and care for our elders ❤ Love God, Love ourselves, then we can love others which is the greatest gift of all. 🩷 You never know what someone is really going through!

One suggestion I would like to give you which I believe will completely transform your hair is that you start doing proper oiling in your hair which is also called Indian champi.. leave on overnight, wash the next day followed by a herbal homemade hair mask or pack... do this every two times a week.. you will be amazed by the results... I gained almost double hair volume and strength after I started following this routine... Trust me it will give you amazing results

I just learned this but I thought I’d pass it along because your hair is lovely and I know you’re passionate about it. Consider changing your brush after a shower to a comb. Your brush looks special but using a brush when your hair is the weakest (wet) rather than a wide tooth comb increases breakage and causes flyaways and frizziness. It’s best to towel dry, comb, and then let your hair air dry for 5 minutes at least. That may not be your experience but if anyone in the comments have had issues with flyaways and breakage and you’re brushing your hair when it’s wet, that might be what’s contributing. My hair has really improved since I stopped doing that and switched to a comb for wet hair.
