Love the XI. I know people have their reservations about Enzo, but I feel that the way Poch is deploying Gallagher is definitely a move to to set Enzo up for success next season. Having Enzo operate in the advanced areas that CG has been able to the last few games is a recipe to get the best out of him. Having an inverted wingback cover for him in defensive transition also means he can focus on pressing to win the ball back (not as good as CG but he is pretty good at it) instead of running back to try to make those tackles against quicker players. A box structure of Cucu, Enzo, Caicedo and CP would be very good in buildup. Reece can also invert in games where Christo is at AM instead of CP, since you'd want Christo further up the pitch.

This is my realistic ideal lineup as well. Jackson on the left with these linkups can be so lethal. I have him more of a LW/CF or if anything up top with Osimhen dual ST as well depending on subs/formation. The main reason to get Osimhem though would be for injury depth in the squad/squad rest as we get more european games

He is also short n very poor at defending set pieces...In my opinion, I would have given Chillwell the benefit of doubt just like James. Those two guys on either wing bring a lot of energy to the team ( Remember Tuchel UCL team)...so for me I keep Marc on the bench n start a fit Chillwell who is miles better...

If cucurella keeps the form up he should start! Was looking at di marco as someone I’d like but happy to sell chillwell. gallagher over enzo. Gusto instead of cucurella, we push to a 3-2-4-1 on attack, with gusto helping caicedo in the middle and gallagher pushing up, and reece making late runs if that right side opens up, for a cross or shot on goal. Keep jackson over osimhen, get a new striker as a backup or keep datro as backup. Nkunku start on the left, bring palmer in central and madueke on the right, as things have been working like that with them two. AND GET JONATHAN TAH AND KEEP CHALOBAH TOO. So like this on attack, pretty much the same thing but reece and nkunku included now: Petrovic R.James J.Tah Chalobah Gusto Caicedo Madueke Palmer Gallagher Nkunku Jackson

You don't win city on paper. Chelsea need a strong mentality manager that understand the importance consistently winning the small teams and getting at least 4to2 from the big teams. Pochetino don't have this mentality. With this present team we need a manager with a strong technical understanding of the game. I would have said Thomas Tuchek but his love for defenders will mean he sell all attackers we have and play 5defenders and 2defensive midfielders So I think we need a strong technical manager like Jose Mourinho even if he stays for one season. But we need to rebuild the winning mentality in the team.

I’d play Gusto or Chillwel LB, cucurella is washed. I’d probably agree with the rest, although I think we won’t sell Gallagher, we’ve raised funds from other Cobham players, Hall, Broja Maatsen etc
