I have made this using chicken leg quarters. Rarely I find a whole chicken at discount but get a couple that will fit in freezer. I usually buy a couple whole chicken for $4.99 at Costco and me hubby will cut one in half and vacuum seal and put in freezer.

I hate black pepper but I love white pepper. It's a completely different kind of heat. Can't wait to try this recipe thank you.

No I don’t use metal on non stick. It eventually peals up the coating and the pan has to be thrown away because everything starts to stick. Not to mention the coating starts to flake off into the food.
