My Husband's Favorite Food! Very Quick and Easy Chicken Breast Dinner!

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup flour
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp Olive oil
6 sprigs of fresh thyme or 1 dried teaspoon
1 small shallot
2-3 garlic cloves
zest of 1 lemon
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup chicken broth or water
2 tbsp butter
Simple Greek Tomato Salad
INGREDIENTS:
2 ripe tomatoes
1 small Shallot or Red onion
3 small sweet peppers
Sea salt
Feta cheese
Fresh mint (optional, but mint add brightness)
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling

I am a widowed, old man. I live with my youngest son, his wife and four children, 13 and under. I do most of the cooking. This meal was a HUGE hit with my family. Your channel has been inspiring an old cook to learn new tricks.

I'm always looking for new recipes to try - and I can't wait to try several of yours. Your channel is absolutely wonderful and so enjoyable to watch. Your recipes are absolutely delicious and perfect for busy families - not alot of ingredients and fuss, but absolutely beautiful results. I love how immaculately clean you are and enjoy seeing your pretty, cheerful outfits, hearing your children playing in the background (and the occasional dog bark! 😂). Your music selection is perfect. It's so lovely to listen to. Everything about your channel is so beautifully and tastefully done, very warm and inviting. I spent several hours over the weekend watching you make many of your incredible but easy-to-make dishes. I can't wait to try your Hungarian Chicken with that yummy sour cream sauce ( I love sour cream 😇). Also that wonderful ground beef dish with the lovely bechamel sauce and nutmeg. Oh my, my mouth was watering when you were making that one. I'm 75% French and absolutely love bechamel sauce, anything creamy. I have a list of several of your recipes I want to try making for my family in the next few weeks. I am so glad I found your channel. It is my new favorite. I live in the little town of Roswell, Georgia just north of Atlanta. My oldest daughter lives in California and we visited Berlin a few years ago. We really enjoyed it.
