My Honda CRF300 Rally is getting beaten up in Cameroon [S7-E72]

In this episode, I only ride until about 50 kilometers south of Kribi, and change my plans for the day because of... yes, rain! I luckily find a place to stay right at the beach, and decide it's time for a little motorcycle maintenance before I join the beach patrol that patrol the beaches in the nighttime to protect sea turtles. It looks like this time, poachers were here before us...

We watched Ewan on long way up and it was so disappointing, you seen nothing of the spirit of the country they were passing through. Obviously the director got sidetracked by a absolutely crap to watch bus build because he thought it was interesting well it wasn’t and we seen nothing of the US, or Canada or Alaska to be fair. Very poorly edited. While our girl here does everything and does it so much better. 👍

@@tripdudetteyour right, the emotions of being on the road and traveling. The happy the exciting and even sometimes the lonesome emotions are there on both of these channels. The sense of a production isn’t there. The quality is, but how the story is told is genuine and honest. When a passion for something simply is shared, so other may enjoy it. There is big media production TV, Hollywood, etc, and then "reality" TV, which still has intentional drama added and those add little to nothing postive or fulfilling to our lives. Then there is solo Noraly which blows them all away. Since finding Itchy Boots a couple years ago all other entertainment seems unworthy. This channel provides an inspirational boost emotionally and spiritually, as well as teaching by example in compassion, perseverance and kindheartedness. Its educational content in world geography and culture are better than anything I have ever received. I feel forever indebted to Noraly for what she is doing. Thank You, Ride Safe! Peace! ❤❤❤

As a Cameroonian student in Cape Town, SA, this video really stood out to me because I was in Kribi during the holidays 3 weeks ago. I spent time at the Baptist guesthouse and visited the falls. Kribi is way cleaner than Yaounde our capital which is where I often enter the country. Your shots of Kribi at the 5:21 and 10:47 mark really made me nostalgic for home. Cape Town has beautiful beaches here but there are no palm or coconut trees, no one sells fish on the beach and so I will choose Kribi over and over again. This really brought me home!

Noraly, the flowers in your hair just complimented your surroundings!! Great to see the turtle project again! Even though you did some necessary maintenance with your bike, it was all so serene and relaxing! Much welcome vibe!! Loved it, Itchy Boots! Cheers from Texas USA❤❤

I was hoping we'd get to see beach scenes in this episode. What an area in raw beauty and how wonderful to see Noraly in a comfortable surroundings with good food without even asking, and yes the flowers in her hair! I think they took a liking to Noraly there. I am wondering why we didn't see anyone swimming in any of the water shots??? Peace!

I grew up on an island they nested on. Many mornings before school during hatching season we'd get buckets and run around picking up the little hatchlings that got confused and headed in the wrong direction. We'd plop them in the bucket and throw them over a sea wall into the ocean. I'll always remember the way I felt as a kid when a cat 1 hurricane hit and my dad and I walked the beach during the storm, looking at all the eggs unburied by the waves and storm, torn open by seagulls and other foragers.

Is so amazing to see such beauty of my homeland with its coastline from the drone futage of Noraly. Since I started following you I never thought one day you will be visiting my country. Who can remember 4 years ago In S1-EPS. 97 when Noraly meet Tony while crossing into Armenia 🇦🇲, she then bought his drone and in Eps. 98 she started flying a drone for the very first time, with the level of work and time that she is putting in just makes me to believe that there’s no room for given up in what you want to do , you are an inspiration for many people out there keep on smiling and spreading love to the world.

Trust Noraly to find wonderful remote spots in each country she is travelling through! She really makes very serious research when planning her journey👏👏👏! The coast between Kribi and Campo at the border with Equatorial Guinea is very beautiful, and remote. The turtle protection project Noraly has shown us is in Ebodjé, some 50km south of Kribi and 34 km from Campo.

I doubt if you have to worry about coconuts hitting your head, Noraly. I suspect your head is much harder than coconuts. You are such a fun entertainer. I laughed when you popped up with those flowers in your hair. That was so unexpected and funny, actually. Gave me a good laugh. Not to say you don't deserve flowers. You deserve lots of flowers; bouquets tossed up on stage as if you are a prima dona. Actually, come to think of it, you are kind of a prima dona, a prima dona of adventure motorcycling. Thanks once again for a consistent, educational and entertaining video. Great shots of the sunset!

Your adventures certainly bring to light this type of activity and hopefully more people will recognize the efforts of those involved in protecting the habitats and turtle populations. Once again a great video and thanks for bringing this issue to us.
