There are several factors Sir. An important factor is luck in fact. I could only do what I could do. It was my luck that when I graduated, the job market was good. It was my luck that I was able to find employment at a relatively inexpensive part of the country. Had I been in NYC or Bay Area, I would not have been able to save and afford such a home. It was luck that when I started investing, the stock market shot up and it was just timely that a friend influenced me into buying a home and I sold stocks when they were at near peak. So yes, hard work is very important but there is always the element of luck as well. In some cases, we have good luck in some other, we do not.

Wow! Just wow! I love how he said "I'm proud of" and talked about Om. Not just that he even removed his slippers before entering the kitchen❤ amazing. Also, what I really like is no toilet right next to or in front of the kitchen. Loved it. Something that I prefer when searching for a house in US or any home.

True. At 7 crore he can only get a 3 bhk luxury flat in noida and gurgaon maybe. This is why its called quality of life.
