Since you said that I’m going to say spoilers. What Cassie did Shigaraki also effected All for One because he was connected to him. You cannot say that her sacrifice was a “waste.”

@@penguin50279 No it was a waste. MHA Vol 38 Extras: “His arm has regenerated. His Super Regeneration quirk was damaged during the fight against Star and Stripe and got considerably weaker, so he just stole the Near High End's. Now he's back to regenerating just fine.” Any relevant quirk that got destroyed most likely has a copy store somewhere. Star didn't do shit.

Maybe not Heroes would show up, but militarized quirk users would. Propaganda to get US citizens to sign up or even drafted to help Japan would be through the roof.

Star was a great character. The fact that the author becomes incompetent and says “he got his quirks back because I’m a bad writer and put my foot in my mouth and can’t continue the story I’m undoing everything star did and ruining her legacy” is annoying.
