Failing is part of growth, hit the nail on the head with this vid. Keepin all of us inspired. Thank you!
You're an inspiration! Your videos are so honest. It's a struggle to achieve these goals but so many influencers make it look easy and don't show the hard work and determination that really goes on to achieve these skills. Thanks for your content
Shit is so inspirational. Finally someone showing me the truth showing me the process not just trying to snag my attention and sell something appreciate you man. You have no idea how much you've helped me
Came across your channel, keep it up man. Love your energy, very humble and great knowledge too. Thank you.
We saw that little celebration dance you did after achieving your goal. Your dedication is legendary.
Colin Murray you are a huge inspiration!!
Put on 7lbs in the last month following your workout plan and eating a whole foods, animal based diet. I'm 30 and already the most fit I've ever been! You're a huge inspiration for us skinny guys man appreciate the content.

Im still stuck on the handstand part. Hardwood floors and a small apartment are making it painful lol. Really cool to watch the progression
Great video. The fact you kept going and didn't quit is the biggest achievement. You seem tall too which makes it more difficult.
So inspiring man🔥keep on going
Damn i can so relate to the struggle in this video. For me it's been like 4-6 month now, grinding my azz off and slowly but surely making progress. Very inspiring watching you progress and grind your way through all the failures ect.
Wow, thank you so much for this video!!! ❤ Handstand has been my biggest dream for around 2 years now and I've attempted training for it a couple of times but, uh, after not succeeding within a month or two I thought that maybe I'm simply not made for it, maybe it's not something all women can do 😅 .. This video showed me that even people with a good physique might be struggling with certain movements at first and need to put in a lot of work to achieve the results they want. Knowing that you were able to hit your end goal in 200+ days puts me a bit more at ease because some things just take time...and I will now be aiming at a minimum of 6-12 months training for my goal too. Thank you so much for giving me hope that I can do it 💪
Thank you a lot for this video! Keep training hard!
heck yea, great work. Inspiring
Good shit bro! Super motivating!

Yessir! Just the start
I just started last week and im shocked at how hard this shit is
It took me a while to understand about the forward lean descent eccentric phase of the movement. But it is in fact to hunch the shoulders forward into protraction = Upper back rounding internal rotation of the elbow pits towards each other and that is what pushes the weight forward past the fingers hands the weight shall at all time be in the fingers backside of knuckle area. But that is how it made mine freestanding hspu more consistent
Incredible achievement.
I would suggest anyone trying to handstand to do it slowly, rather than kicking your legs up hard. Place your hands bring your whole weight forward on your wrists engage your scapula and try to bring legs up slowly. This massively improved my handstands.
well done ! you finally got it !

hey bro! remember me i was watching your channel since it was about 1k subscribers i started practicing handstand after watching some of your videos i got motivation to do after watching and learning them and now i can do a free standing handstand for 5 seconds and a one arm handstand against the wall for about the same time
@colinmurrayYT

Ayye thanks for sticking around and keep it up 5 seconds is solid! Those one arm ones are tough too, respect 🫡
You can do more than you think.. just believe! So inspiring Colin! Believe me.. these videos showing how hard you try.. how you persevere and remain consistent are so very helpful.. My guys love your vids because they are honest.. encouraging.. and show just how difficult it is to accomplish these moves.. And you with 6 feet 3 inches and long legs to maneuver makes these moves even more difficult .. and yet you are patient and show it can be done with persistence.. consistence .. and a whole lot of courage :) 🤗 Btw.. please be extra careful doing those pushup handstands.. concerns me you might get a concussion! Also using a book on a ganglion can work.. but can also fracture the fine bones in your hand.. please be careful.. So proud of you for working so hard to help other guys get where they want to go..Colin you are truly awesome.. so keep it going:) Jen999💙

You the best
I'd recommend taking decent rests between attempts. If you fail a kick-up, don't continue, recompose for a couple mins. Also, if your elbows fall back, so no longer stacked on the wrists, you are moving in the wrong path and it is impossible. Finally, the main thing I focus on when doing a successful hspu is pushing the ground, I focus very little on the rest of the body, it made a big difference changing my focus.

Holding a handstand all fluid and control is my primary physical goal - how long did it take you to get to that and do you have any advice for not flopping off to the side? Using the wall is key. It's better than trying to kick into a freestanding hs hundreds of times.
@Kiintf2
Жыл бұрын
@@maucalistenia yeah I definitelty agree especially since energy isn't lost on bad kick up attempts. Do you notice chest to wall being more beneficial than back to wall?
@maucalistenia
Жыл бұрын
Both are good but chest to wall is better for correcting the "banana hs", since your all stacked close to a wall that is going to help you to understand how your body needs to be straight fron head to toes. It's a little bit more difficult than btw but definetely worth it.
