If you talk to a dermatologist they will say to wash your scalp as often as you need to. If you don’t wash your scalp often enough especially with oil scalp you can develop un wanted conditions like psoriasis and fungal infections on your scalp. Scalp training is pretty sketchy because for the most part you just used to the amount of oil And pile on dry shampoo which is horrible for your scalp

I'm 2 yrs late here. My favorite heat protectant is Loreal Sleek It iron straight heat protectant. I'm a 3a-3c curly gal, and that heat protectant leaves my hair looking so shiny and healthy while it maintains it straight for days.

I have the same story with my hair .. colors, haircuts, very dry and curly hairs ! For real it was such a very tuff year at this time idk for u aha

This is exactly what happened to me except Instead of going blonde so many times I went red. Brown, red, brown, red, black brown, red, brown, blonde, ultra blonde, brown, red. And I'm sure I dyed it way more then that. But just like her all this happened in within a year.

You are lucky to have hair some of us its been difficult to grow at Shealy for people who suffer from pcod.

Wells would probably be your best bet if you ABSOLUTELY have to do it yourself. I’m a cosmetologist so I’m able to use professional color. So I used Lanza 1N on my hair! I believe the darkest shade in Wella is a 2. So you could try a 2N! Other wise if possible, I would just go get it professionally done 🤩

Try the matrix heat protectant. By far the best I’ve ever tried. I hate the residue a lot of them leave and that one is awesome.

I am 12 I got hilights when I was 11 and it was soo damaged I dyed it back brown and it’s soo silky and soft and shinyyyyyyy my hair is past mg waist.I do not use heat on it.my hair has a little bit of waves(not frizzy hair,it’s really silky waves) I use Shea moisture raw Shea butter moisture retention shampoo and conditioner and detangler and manuka honey leave in.I do oil treatments once 2 weeks.I wash my hair every 2 days or sometimes every day .

I don't know but I wash my hair almost every other day because if I don't I get a bit of dandruff and it doesn't harm me at all ,infact I don't get forehead acne ,so I keep my scalp healthy and I also genetically have good hair nor did I ever color my hair in my whole life nor heaters as I have naturally straight wavy texture ,but sometimes I do have bad hair day lol,and a lot of girls on KZread they will show there thin hair and call it thick it's kind of funny ,cause in India hair thickness is to next level ,but your hair are actually thick and beautiful and you don't self praise yourself that's the best part beautiful n humble

It could be the bleaching......do lots of scalp massages.
