Preparation and ingredients:
500 g pork (pork loin).
Rinse the meat in cold water and dry with a paper towel or napkin.
Cut the pork into thin slices.
Cover the meat slices with cling film.
Beat the meat on one side.
150 g dried plums.
Rinse the plums under running water and soak them in warm water for 10 minutes.
Lay out on a paper towel and dry.
Do the same with raisins.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Rub salt and black pepper well into the meat.
Turn the pieces of meat over and do the same.
Add 2 tablespoons melted butter to the pan.
Place the meat slices on the pan.
Sear the meat for 3 minutes on each side.
Since I fried the meat in two batches, I put all the meat in one pan.
I also pour the juices from the meat into the pan.
Pour the raisins into the pan.
Add dried plums to the pan.
Add 2-3 sprigs of rosemary.
2-3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar.
100 ml white wine.
Cover with a lid and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Turn the pieces of meat.
Cover and simmer for another 10 minutes.
The meat is ready, you can remove it from the heat.
1 bunch of spinach.
5 small tomatoes.
1 pepper.
1 small red onion or shallot.
1 chili.
200-300 g pitted olives.
Prepare salad dressing:
2 tablespoons olive oil.
2 tablespoons orange juice.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
Mix well.
Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad.
Sprinkle salad with sesame seeds.
Mix well.
Our salad is ready to serve.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
