My son experienced identical google account hacking today, two minutes in and out, all credentials and recovery details changed, despite of 2-step verification. I found this video when I was looking for help. Google assistance pages and recover forms are useless, or at least not designed for this type of incidents. As he does not have similar popularity for leverage as you Joe, I think there is very little chance to get similar support. I am happy for you getting your account back though.

so, did they contact you after the police report cause you're a creator/partner, or will they take it seriously even if im not a creator, cause my friends account was hacked, and he's locked out of it, but all of his business is connected through that email

The loophole in the system is always the final user. The hacker stole one of your sessions through one of your devices (thats why they could acces to your account without even knowing your password, 2fa, etc.). They do this through a virus, and the virus came from a downloaded file that you opened.

A support 1 hétig válaszra sem méltatott pedig a reportomhoz screenshotok és mindenféle bizonyíték is volt csatolva. Mire sikerült visszaszerezni a fiókom addigra mindenki ki volt törölve a barátlistámról és az összes CS:GO skinem el lett tradelve ami kb. 2000$-t ér és több évbe telt megszereznem őket. It happened to me, in December. Since then, I’ve been continuously and relentlessly hacked on everything ever, I’ve reported it to all the apps I’ve been trying to use, any and all new emails and profiles I tried to make, would get taken over. Double, triple verifications weren’t helping at all. I was changing three passwords a minute through Dashlane to no avail, before I finally threw my iPhone into the sea. What I lived through over the last couple of months is stranger then fiction.

@@ParadigmFailure Run your antivirus and malwarebytes, scan for any weird programs - delete those programs. (Or just system restore to before you installed a sketchy app. Then go to your saved passwords from your browser and change every password you see on there. They have access to all of them.

They sadly think big channels are more important than normal personal google accounts.😢

This happened to me today. Still couldn't get a reply from them. I feel your trauma. My account was small. I only have 2k subscribe but it is my world.

I know this was last year but this happened to me this morning, they removed and changed my 2 step info but luckily I was able to go into my security settings on my computer and remove the recovery phone they changed it to and got my account back with taking extra steps to avoid this happening again.

I lost my mojokiss youtube weeks ago and I had it for 15 years and no one will help - not to mention, they also hackd my facebook. no one will help. I had security updated and on when both happened.
