This version was edited from the original. Which was posted sometime last year or 2 years ago, I can’t remember but I did remember seeing an update, don’t know if it’s 100% real or not but it’s closure: Op meets with his parents and they feel awful about what happened. They say based on the evidence they got too hot blooded and went with what his brother was saying. Op doesn’t care, reminds them of how they treated him, tells them about Kim, his life and the baby on the way. Parents drop a bomb that the brother wants to talk and that they don’t want to cut him off. Op told them it was op or his brother. You don’t get both. He also warned them that if his brother tried to contact him, he would go through with a defamation lawsuit which would not only ruin the brothers life but most likely the parents livelihood. The update continues because THE BROTHER COMES TO HIS JOB TO “talk things out” crazy, I know. Op kicks him out and warns him that he has been trespassed and if he comes around again he will call the police. And files a police report after. Later his parents call him and tell him to work things out with his brother because “they’re family.” Op calls his friends and with Kim decide to move forward with the lawsuit. His parents are livid, his brother is mad as fuck. His ex wife doesn’t care and actually encourages him. His extended family keeps out of it this time after the false allegations. Some of them come in support of OP. Months later, final update. He won the suit and it wasn’t even that hard. The brother needs to pay emotional damages, career damages, defamation of character damages. It comes out to approx 90k ish. Parents ask to forgive him. He says no, they made their choice, and op proceeds to block them for good. He has his 3 children, Kim and his friends and is now 90k$ richer. His parents are forced to downsize and his brother loses primary custody of his one child. He has visitation but only supervised visits. Karma

They are basicly a small crime family (mom = boss and 2 sons and 1 daughter). can be done only for adult childre. Legal purposes means their debts and actions are their own and he is not legaly responsible for them. One has to do it in court and subsequently it is published in "Public publication" where all laws are published.

Maybe I just have a bad sample pool, but why is it that every time someone who never has any evidence of doing awful things is suddenly accused, everyone seems to immediately believe the accuser, and so many keep doing so even if they are revealed to be wrong, or lying, but when someone who if studied clearly has a fair chance to have done awful things, it seems like everyone instead jumps all over the victim and refuses to believe THEM? Is it some misplaced animal instinct of 'I smell weakness, KILL'? Or do I just hear certain stories and project them to be larger in happening than they are? I really hope it's the latter, because the former is very disheartening.

He destroyed her marriage, drove away her children's father, lied to her to marry her, which is a sort of assault considering that was done to sleep with her and get her under his control. The emotional damage for all that on her and her daughters is something he should have to pay for. He's disgusting and should be in prison. He destroyed all of them, especially op and shouldn't be allowed to roam free. He could have made op end it. That's unforgivable.
