That’s the blinds! Here’s an example. At almost every casino the smallest game is 1/2. That means the small blind is $1 and the big blind is $2. The max buy-in for that game is usually $200-$500. When kitty says $10/25 the small and big blind are 10 and 25 dollars and for that game the buy-in is usually $5,000
