I get this so many times from clients. I speak to men on the receiving end and women who have done it. The men with me are always trashed and often called a narcissistic. By the end of the their sessions that's completely turned around. The women,you're right. They have made their mind up from their friends and the media. It's hard working with them. I get pointed out that I'm biased with men but im completely fair. You are completely right. She will find different but won't find better. Any decent man will run a mile.

Ahhh mate let me tell you!! I was dumped after a 5 year relationship, I did everything for her and I struggled to figure out what I did wrong. But after it ended I was completely defeated. I tried hard to get back with her to the point of almost going mad. Instead I completely shut down, I resigned from a very good job and I kid you not… I stopped talking for about 3 months. Sometimes I didn’t even want to go home because I didn’t want to sleep in the bed we shared, instead I’d go over to my parents house and stay the night there.

I won’t lie , I was as redpill as they come and my most recent girl has been distancing herself. Sometimes you just have to go in any relationship knowing that at any time , a woman can and will walk away . You need to adopt stoic principles when dealing with many modern women , even traditional ones . Your happiness should be derived from your achievements and accomplishments, & not from a single person. The moment that person walks away, so will your happiness. This sucks more for men who have been in these 5-10 year relationships. Luckily for me , mine was a summer type of thing but hey , as men we gotta keep it pushing at all times. Its the reason why they often blindside men and never go through post breakup as they've already lined up the replacement some time ago. That happened to me 3 years ago and it happened 12 years ago but that was when I was married. It’s definitely emotionally devastating. I’ve learned that relationships and life is fleeting and temporary.

I’ve seen you’ve been killing it in the gym and especially with your serious commitment to your diet. Bro, when i first fell in love, actual love etc. I remember the day she changed her status on fb and shit to "single" when we supposed to be sorting it out..... I didnt just feel sick i was... It took me 2 years to recover properly 2 fuckin years and i vowed to myself to never give my heart to anyone and to never be the nice /good guy.never give the relationship ... And the screwed up thing.... It works like a charm.

I remember im in the cinema on my ones and you know when you pick your seat right. So boom i pick row B tell me why i get their im sitting next to a couple and there talking lipsing and im their just getting pissed but dude must've went toilet she their texting him and he don't respond then they get into a little argument. To be honest its bad but i begun to enjoy myself at the cinema

So what self reflection did he have to take accountability in his role in the break up?? Red pill dudes are all about accountability arent they? Break ups hurts, being left hurts but i always do a self reflection when a relationship dnt work out or they ghost me. And try think back what was it me or was it just them not wanting anything serious but lied and i chose to believe the lies. Few weeks and he will be fine. I rate alot of your videos bro, been supporting for a long time but this might be one of your best videos. This is your realist vid. The narrative is that men dont feel. Men dont go through heartbreak. Bro, I thought I had found "the one" Everything was good. I was Mr Perfect for her, she would tell me. I was being the most open I could be. Then, one day, she wanted to talk, talk about how we were progressing in the relationship - according to her, we wasn't. I was gobsmacked, shell shocked, she said it wasn't working, she didn't want to try and make it work and ended it. It hit me to the core because I never saw it coming. I couldn't get used to it.
