It’s an amazing song and she deserves it but it might have annoyed some people🤷♀️ and that’s okay, some don’t like Ariana grande because she’s (some might argue) she’s overrated or just average or whatever or they don’t think she’s that good or her music is, it’s all just opinions that people are free to have😊

I’m tired of how people say these talented new artists are overrated. It’s not the artist that’s overrated, it’s just the song. The song itself may not be overrated, maybe it’s just played too often to the point where it’s annoying to listen to it. Just like what happened with drivers license. It’s not an overrated song, it just was played a lot, so it got old and repetitive. Also, people saying that these new young artists are overrated are total hypocrites. You say how there’s underrated artists with less of a following who deserve to be number 1. But once that artist becomes number 1, they say they’re overrated. Olivia started off with a few followers, and was considered by people underrated when she posted her songs and how she should get more recognition. But now that she’s gained all this fame, people are saying she’s overrated. I think every artist in the industry deserves every bit of success they have, no matter the amount of recognition they get!
