Incredible and deliciously tasty and easy recipe. Broccoli soup washed and delicious recipe. It's always quick and surprisingly gentle. Prepare this incredible recipe with me.
Recipe and Ingredients
For vegetable broth
1 onion.
1 carrot.
2 cloves of garlic.
Celery.
Bay leaves.
Pepper.
1⁄2 teaspoon salt.
1/4 teaspoon dill seeds.
Parsely.
Water 1 l.
Cook the vegetable broth until soft.
1 onion.
1 carrot.
Butter.
Broccoli 900g.
Fry for 5 minutes.
Olive oil.
Salt.
Cream 100ml.
Cook until soft
Cheddar cheese 50g.

Absolutely love broccoli soup. Had it last night and this morning. Vegetables make a great soup. Love to make it. Start making Soups for the winter months. Healthy and filling. Soup and a good fresh salad. The best Dinner or when ever. Fresh bread oh my. So very Good. I make it for Matt too. Fresh everything . Your friend, ❤Lucia ❤

It looks like a slice of celery root. It is used more in European countries.

Люблю крем супы. Но, вообще не заморачиваюсь так. Просто отвариваю овощи с любимыми специями, травами. Что-то убираю, пробиваю блендером, добавляю по вкусу сливочное масло, сливки. Гренки, семечки, орешки, кунжут, сыр это по настроению и желанию. Очень люблю грибной, с птицей, тыквенный.

Finally. One that doesn't use flours. Great Gramma used to have a similar one. I forget recipe. This is same except she grated nutmeg across top of bowl on serving.

Sour cream whisked in also works very well in broccoli soup.

Once everything is cooked. but before you remove it from the heat, you should add a tiny bit/pinch or two of NUTMEG to it and stir it into the soup real well. Then, your soup will really taste good - and probably better than any other Broccoli Soup you have ever tasted....Try it, I believe you will be glad you did! Then, let's see what Grandpa has to say. 🙂
