My Fitness Journey: Things I Wish I Knew
Today we’re talking about MY FITNESS STORY. If you didn’t know, I lost 90 lbs in 2017. I’ve already done an episode on the emotional/mental transformation story, which was essentially the entire reason I got into fitness. But I haven’t done a breakdown of the actual changes I made, tools I used, workouts I did, food I ate, etc. In this episode I break down my fitness tips in eight chapters (chapters and titles are in the show notes!) I hope you enjoy! This episode is sponsored by Nike.

I am restarting my fitness journey yet again. I moved in June and let myself goooo. I’m back to a weight I said I’d never let myself get back to. I have been hitting the gym about a month, but with the holidays I’ve been eating horribly. It’s time to get disciplined again with eating habits and taking baby steps toward my bigger goal. Thank you for this!!! 😊

I'm restarting mine toooo! 💘 sending you so much love and support from Tokyo xx
Thank you for saying that self care is actually taking care of yourself and doing the hard thing that will make you a better person rather than eating pizza or laying around. I thought it was fine to do those things because I didn’t want to put too much pressure on myself but now I’ve gained 40 pounds which is double the amount of weight I gained 3 years ago. So I’m trying to change my mindset 🙌🏾
This is the video that does it for me. Thank you. ❤
So many good things in this!!!
Your content is amazing and a brilliant find. You’re not superficial and get to the point and are relatable.
Thanking you for sharing your journey ❤
I loved this episode! Thank you 🙂
Omg thank you for sharing this information That’s awesome ❤
It’s wonderful listening to someone who’s done it and who’s been through it❤
I am sadly restarting my weightloss journey. The first time I lost it for the wrong reason. I remember when I lost 70 pounds people only mentioned my hair color change. I'm definitely doing this for myself now ❤

Mari love ur podcast congrats on ur weightloss journey i have followed u for a long time 💯🫶💜
Thank you for sharing your journey! What was the HARDEST part of your journey where you perhaps hit a wall or had to really push yourself like never before? What did you learn from it? ✌🏽
Hi Mari, Thanks for the video, and I absolutely loved how you divided it in chapters. Can you please do a video on a complete health plan for women with PCOD? I have been struggling with the weight loss as it becomes harder with PCOD and I have hit a plateau. Everyone says to go back to basics like, nutrition, exercise, clean eating and all. But what are the specifics for PCOD?
I actually wanna read this book!!!❤
❤
@mari i’d love to interview you on my podcast Your New B.F.F. 🩷🩷🩷
why she not wearing Nike here? If she hadn't overweight what would she have to talk about.... Millions of people have lots of weight but she makes out as if she's a miracle for doing it.
