Jay is the everyday man's bodybuilder. Showing interest in fans issues and being excited about giving advice. Shows how much of a great job his parents did in raising him. Good job Jay!

Met Jay at a meet and greet at a Rocks Supplement store in San Antonio a couple of years ago. Pretty easy going guy, talked for a few, got a signed picture. Seems like just another guy, humble as can be.
