I competed at a local CrossFit competition this week on a team! And for the first time I ended up on the podium...but also came in last!

It was a "Girls Gone Rx" competition held at DarkThirty CrossFit in Woodland, CA.

Congratulations! I had my first podium finish this weekend also! We got 3rd out of 45 teams! We had a blast!!! Keep on crushing it!

Great job Amanda. Going give couple of these a go. I'm pretty sure if you watch your video, girl in pink doesn't do 30 du on at least first round, and your partner did 35.

I’m sure you’ll smash them! My partner mentioned to me that she felt she did too many double unders 😬 it was a small comp, the judges weren’t super experienced. But it was a charity event so it’s all just for fun!

😂😂😂 did not know that going in! There were about 15 teams in scaled. Women’s Rx at local comps always ends up smaller than men’s 🤷🏻♀️ (but the women’s scaled is often larger than the men’s scaled)
