The song is from the EP called The Fear of Fear which is 6 songs that follow a single narrative about a character who is caught in a multiverse time loop, who is aware of it, and is trying to figure a way out of it. Each song takes the narrative to the next song until the last which loops back to the first. As for the interpretation... it could be many things that character is struggling with as they try to understand why they are stuck.
