love this vid! im a HCA on a mental health ward doing day and night shifts (applying for med currently) and it's super cool to see how the doctors on the ward operate on the night shifs. Keep it up!

hey Kenji, love your videos, how do you academically prepare for the jobs in new shifts/specialties, do you always know what type of jobs youre expected to do?

thank you so much! Tbh it can be quite difficult to prepare for the next specialty because the day to day work is something I couldn't have predicted. But I have OBGYN next and I'll just be revising the theory of it and asking my colleagues who are already in the specialty what I can expect!
