congrats on your smoker! you just joined an exclusive group of people who've fought! you're a warrior now. also your SKS kid buu shorts are amazing
wow, i don’t often comment but this video really inspired me. you are so cool for this, and i’m happy to see women’s experiences who didn’t start training from a super young age 😊
Thenks for sharing, this video is great and very motivating. I'm just a beginner, I'm old, I'll never want to fight of course, but I'm trying my best to stay consistent and continue training

Thanks for watching!! Keep training
those kid buu shorts are FIIIIIRE
Thanks for sharing your journey with us and keeping it real along the way!
This sounds pretty similar to my fight story. Summer 17 34 years old me decided to learn K1/Muay Thai on a fitness boxing level. After about 1,5 months my coach encouraged me to take part in sparring. A couple month later he asked me to join a Kick Light tournament. I said ok. I did 4 of these before Corona but light contact kickboxing isn’t my cup of tea. This year I took fought two times a something like a smoker at my gym and wouldn’t say no to more fights. When I started I never thought that I’ll fight, regularly spar with Pro fighter, be part of crew in the corner at fight events🤷🏼♂️…
So freaking proud of you!!! 🥹❤️
This was awesome to watch! Loved that Anna kept it real with what she was dealing with, highs and lows! Great vid :-))

when i have a foot injury i just use a sneaker under the shinguard last time i used a super thin adidas shoe and it worked great
Wait who won the fight?
Me even just training twice a day and running for a hour each session long and physical ik what you mean! But it will get a lot better especially mentally!
Did you win?

It was a smoker (exhibition) so no winner or loser
One thing I would recommend to help prevent getting rundown from lots of training is to eat lots of sugar (simple carbs) you'd be surprised how much glucose your body consumes during rigorous exercise.
Sawasdee Krab from Thailand 🙏🏼🇹🇭 😊 👊🏼
