Those silver Shads are the best multi species lure, I use them with a quarter ounce jig head and they never disappoint. Just today I had a 4 1/2 pound largie on it and a 3 pound smallie. Perch, crappie, and pike too.

Lots of Smallmouth in the Susquehanna, especially right below the dam. Usually places too close to the dam to fish.

I actually got a MTB Elite box for a good discount at the Bass Master Classic. I had never attempted to slam a box before and was able to do so over the course of maybe 5 hours fishing, fishing baits I’ve mostly never fished before, and also baits not designed for bank fishing (moderate diving crank bait in a pond that maybe is 6’ deep). Finished it off with a popping frog in the middle of the day on a sunny Florida day. Epic. Point being, they put baits in there that catch fish. If you get stuff in the box you’ve never fished before, fish it. They will work! You will be surprised.

The dock with a motor is a common thing here in Tennessee because some areas can’t have a dock so people will register the dock as a boat and anchor it on their property

I think it’s important that human to human, regardless of politics, orientation, race, religion, etc, we just take more time to look out for one another. Smile at someone. Say hi to a stranger.
