That being said, I did *not* know you kept a bunch of different animals and that gives me a newfound appreciation! You’re not alone at all about forgetting to take time for yourself. I used to do my r and r after my work for the day but recently I’ve been doing my enjoyment sometimes before work, and sometimes after( I choose my own work hours) but I’ve found by doing that I sleep better, my “me” time is even more rewarding and even my relationships have been improving. Keep on growing Yo, I think we’re all doing it! 😊💪☺️

And i played it alot from 2005 up to 2012! As a dad which daughter has also ADHD i know exactly what you talking about. It can help being very creative but it also makes you often stand in your own way to get your goal. Take your time and sometimes it is good to think twice. I also have to say sorry that i wasn't able to maintain eye contact the whole time because your eyes are beautiful. But i'm sure that you 100% knew what you where doing. 'Nids are dippable so they're super easy to paint. My favorite is bone-colored carapace with maroon soft bits. I painted a good sized army in one long weekend back in the day.

Also don't hold your emotions back it's unhealthy. I noticed that you were holding back tears. Sometimes crying is the best medicine. Take care of yourself and know you're appreciated.

My sister in law has some intense anxiety with her ADHD as well, we have made a whole system to make her feel better, and it's paying off. Apparently, the more you learn about your anxiety and what triggers it, helps a lot with reducing the anxiety. So on her own she adjusted her diet a little, made some habits and odd but effective ways to keep following them. Take your time to deal with anything related to it, anxiety attacks is nothing exciting to have in your life.

Love the outfit and the hair! You look soooo cute!! Also, I LOVE reptiles and amphibians! I would totally love videos of you not only showing off your little friends, but taking care of them as well! (Building vivarium's, feeding, bathing, etc.) I love gaming as well, so im all on board with that channel!

As someone whose brain goes too fast for me to keep with at times. I understand where you're coming from on the ADHD front. I go from doing this task to somehow doing 4 other tasks because I noticed them while trying to work on the first task, so I completely sympathize with needing to take time off to just catch your breath sometimes. You're doing an amazing job and your fans will understand. You are awesome and make many people have better days myself included, so I can't begin to thank you for that. Finally, I love the cat.

Awesome! Great to see you back. I used to play 40k, so long ago, I won't say exactly how long ago. But I started getting more interested again after I saw the trailer for space marine 2. I started looking at lore videos and started playing the 40k tacticus mobile game. It's been real fun. As for your content, I don't watch wow videos because I'm not into wow. It you made some 40k videos that might get me more interested. Oh! You should make a learning to paint journey! I recently got an airbrush and have been playing with models and 3d prints. It's a lot of fun and Def a time sink.

I also think it’s amazing how you have so many interest that you are pursuing. I think any of the things you mentioned, having an interest in, would make for great content on your channels. I think when it comes to airing out issues in real life, live on the Internet, it would be best to deal with discretion. You can put certain things out I think, and the benefit would often be that others can learn from it, and they can relate because they might have the same thing going on in their life. But you don’t wanna divulge everything about your life. Not only for safety, but it is best to handle some things off-line.

Some suggestions for your 40K enjoyment Susu - A sturdy tape measure that fits comfortably in your hand and a laser level will serve you well. Invest in transport/storage and NEVER leave them in your car (theft/temp damage). Also, a low cut top is extra distracting when leaning over to measure or move your minis 😉

I played magic a lot back in highschool and I don't keep up with the physical cards any more (space and cost) but I'll dip back into arena every now and then to have fun with it! Back in late spring of 2020, I was feeling something and ended up getting a cane plant that I could keep alive. Since then I've gotten a few plants, mostly as gifts and it's been good keeping them, but I'm not keeping them with animals yet, that seems like another level of challenge!
