Totally agree with you about the service if you’re spending that kind of money. I would expect champagne and treats and LOTS of sucking up! Lol I don’t share your enthusiasm for luxury bags, but I relate to your enthusiasm. I have my own things I go crazy for. I wonder if you just appreciate or value things more when you work hard to get them? I’m much much older than you and well off. I could buy luxury anything but it doesn’t excite me. But I do get excited over travel and original artwork and artisan crafted items. As long as we can get excited about something, we know we’re alive and well, right? Enjoy your new baby💋

I would recommend leaving the clear plastic on the top plate. I have a trendy WOC and kept mines on and it looks great with the plastic on and it's basically undetectable. It will ease your mind from the top plate getting scratched. Great bag. I agree for the amount someone pays for a chanel there needs to be a better in store experience.

The service in much European stores suck a lot. If you buy that same bag in Dubai or even some stores in America you get drinks etc. Sometimes flagship stores are also great. Last Ibought my gucci handbag and shoes at their flagship store in Milan and we were treated very well and everybody got drinks. The experience was great. I totally agree that if you buy such a expensive item you should be treaten like a princess

It’s very forgettable. They just take your money and get you out. It’s sad really. Sometimes in LV they’ll offer you champagne. The service in Chanel is so disappointing but it’s all about the bags I guess!

Keep the jacket and return the other stuff. You dont Need another overshirt, another pair of trainers, another tank top... if you spend your money on less key pieces with high quality you wont regret purchases like this. Just my opinion.
