Those berries are actually red currents! There's also back currents as well. Cranberries are actually really opaque.

there's red, black and white currents, but I am not sure if you call them white or yellow in english, in swedish we call them white.

I'm gonna go on a limb and say those colors probably work so well bc they have the same base color / tint? at least, that was my thought!

@@staticwool I know some artists will have a palette of colors and a specific tone they're going for so they mix them with the specific tone so they all look like they're part of the same color family. if you've never tried it, I highly recommend it because it makes things look so much more cohesive! also your art was amazing! thank you for replying to me. I definitely plan on subscribing and following you. I aspire to be an Art-Tuber one day.

@@wrenxelliot Yeah it's such a great technique to get in the habit of doing. I try to use it when using wet mediums (Acrylic, Gouache etc) but I tend to avoid/not think about it when they come in pens like this. These are great for mixing as they don't hold mixed colours for long so can be cleaned super easy, but with others like Acrylic markers I get scared of damaging the nibs. And thank you! Those brush pens are so satisfying! The vibrancy with the brush is so nice, definitely gonna be looking into purchasing them. I loved all the birds!!

YESS I LOVE THOSE BIRDS!! I couldn't remember what they were called so thank you! They're what the birds in Zelda Skyward Sword are based on, they're so funky I love them ❤

I did not expect koh-i-noor to be fearured in the video! I am from Czech republic (where the brand comes from) and almost all the artistic material i use is from them, as, I think, most of us do… and I am really happy with it so far (I have been using them since my first grade, some child color pencils, i think) I also love your art, it is wonderful as always!

I don't know if anyone mentioned this, but I think you should try using water to dilute the saturated colors and make them more transparent, just like with regular watercolor

The paper in this video is the watercolour pad I received with the box. But the book I'm using at the moment is the Ohuhu Marker pad (I should have a video for it soon 😘)

Unfortunately I think they're only available through this subscription box, I've tried looking round for them but can't find them anywhere and it seems that Artspaze doesn't have a page anywhere either. Sucks coz I'd also like to get these pens again in the future.

So happy we're getting trailer and gameplay drops ( I wondered if the game was even real at this point 😂) But I'm with a lot of people saying the art style looks... odd.
