ChiChi took to you guys pretty good and Capri did nicely with the training! I am so glad you are training him how to fly bc accidents happen,and it is so much more likely the bird will know how to find its way back home if he or she is flight trained. Can't wait to see what's next!

Pointing out you are a better trainer than me, in case I sound arrogant :)... was just going to say that i rescued a wild parrot (cat attack) and spent Christmas morning getting it to trust me. Came back from Christmas festivities, and the parrot was severely annoyed and it took an hour to get it to trust me again. Sometimes life intervenes at the critical moments, you had no choice but to see your friend and you did the best you could, don't feel bad.

Capri is doing such a good job with that bird. No child her age would be able to display such edict and patience with a bird unless of course she is the daughter of Jamieleigh. “This is the cutest bird I’ve ever seen” that was a cuteness overload

@@tararawat7306 budgies are super easy to train when you're young, it almost seems like they can sense you youth so that's why it is easy to train them

Capri is doing such a good job! I love how she says what specific behaviors make her uncomfortable and how well she listens. She's an awesome little trainer in training!

Emma Clarke my grandma has a conure I wouldn’t recommend them my grandma has had about 5 conures! And they have all bit me to where it shows blood about over 5 times! And don’t say the owner was inexperienced my grandma is good at handling birds and has had a lot of experience. There is a chance that if they got a conure it may bite

Phantom green cheeks tend to be affectionate, still nippy(all conures are) but usually if they actually *want* you to handle them they won't chomp down on you constantly if they've been taught that that's not okay.

Phantom conures are a one person bird. They will usually attack people that aren’t the person they love.

Oooooh! Love the Caiqu. They are so funny n sweet. Glad this little one will have a nice home.

Now that I have my own caique, I definitely notice the cute way they push out their toddler belly when preening. Eugene does the same and it’s adorable.

The only thing cuter than ChiChi, is watching Capri with ChiChi!! This is such a sweet video!!

ChiChi is a really cool bird. I love his 5 colors and how laid back in general he is. Capri did an awesome job helping train him!

It is crazy to see how far Capri has come from helping with chichi to being a huge part of lefty's journey to now free flying Bondi. She has grown up so much and into such an amazing little girl! She is going to do great things in life. She is so so lucky to be surrounded by such amazing parents and birds.
