I have seen my juniors in PG write Inj. Cefotaxime illegibly in NICU case sheets and the interns going and searching for Inj. Ceftriaxone(which actually is contraindicated in neonates). Thankfully they came and asked us seniors since they could not find it inside NICU... We insist on writing medication names in all CAPS even then this happens 😭
