Being a BAMS student faced some humiliation in family and in the surroundings,they dont even recognise us even as a doctor ,, Ayurveda is the holistic medicine it treats patients wholly ! As a ayurvedic student I follow dinacharya , everyone can follow that to live a life happily mindfully.... Tq so much for the wonderful information ❤️. Being open to everything is a quality!

Yep massaging is recommended even when you’re strength training regularly… it’s good for muscle recovery. It really relaxes and repairs the body. Nice video… nobody talks about it much!

I really trust and admire Ayurvedam and Siddha Vaidya. It's much more than just plants and herbs, there's an elaborate system of making the medicines. Ayurveda has helped me a lot.
