Great video!💖 The one I follow is the 10 min rule. When things don't go the way you planned it to be, be sad, complain, swear, cry and allow yourself to feel the negative thoughts for 10 minutes. After you vent it out, you come back to a rational state of mind. Then you can go back to working again. This works better than simply saying ' don't cry or think about it, stay positive '.
