You will love it! I have been going there since 2018 - my fav country, just like Anthony Bourdain. Go to Danang - I lived there for a few months - best city in Vietnam hands down. You will understand why when you get there.

In 2016 Hanoi locals kept passing me shots during the first night eating noodles. Having no plans ends up an awesome time.

6:05 Don't worry bro, people are always friendly like that. I remembered the time that I were attending to a volunteering activity in a countryside located south west of Vietnam. I were always invited to their party every time I walked through a party. You shouldn't pay the money to them because that may show the disrespect to them. You only need enjoy the party with them. Besides, if you have some available foods in your hands at that time, you can share to them for the enjoyment in the party.

I had the same experience in Thailand. People in Vietnam and Thailand are so gracious and kind. Cannot put into words the joy it brings me. I am sure you are walking on clouds as well.

I LOVE THAT!!!! thats the vietnamese culthure! called "Nhau" drinking, synging and eating snacks and they refuse u to pay anything, is actually an insult if u pay. Their place, your the guest, u eat well, u drink well, is even normal to pack you with takeaways haha. as long as u know 1,2,3 GIO!!!!! 1,2,3 GIOOO!!! Your good =) If u wanne give back to them, just bring a 24pack beer and have another crack with them haha, that they will accept, but not money =) CANT WAIT FOR THESE VIETNAM VIDEOES ADAM! As you say the people are just super friendly, and the food yummy and some of the healthiest food around as a bonus too ! @@keisone I’m currently in Da Nang it’s in the central coast of Vietnam. So beautiful here man. Actually Unlimited Esquire is here too! I’m not sure if you’ve seen him but he is a big KZreadr in Thailand as well. I met up with him the other day. He’s real happy here. I highly recommend this place if you have the chance. I know 30 days is not a lot of time but you can always do the good old visa run brother!

Yeah Vietnam is a great place, especially when you spend time with the locals. Most of my friends in Nah Trang city were just tour boat workers. When I,d go to their place for parties, it was always beers food snake wine and more food and beer 🍺. And see their traditions were if you invite someone to come back and party, no pay. So most of the places I,d end up drunk full of food and spent nothing. Like they would say if we go somewhere to drink after work we all pay share the bill, but at homes you never have to spend money. I still sometimes made my friends son go and get a crate of beer just for extras. Funny thing to when we drank out in Restaurants or beer Hoi we always, well most of the time left all at the same time. I,ll never forget 1 time we drank at a beef restaurant bar just boiled beef for 9 or 10 hours. We were drinking fermented snake wine and beers with all this great beef and different vegetables. Seriously 3 hours later we all get on the motorcycles to go home, it was like watching a comedy movie blokes just hanging of bikes everywhere, as they say in Vietnam Kom sau dau or Kom Ca chee, no problem no worries. Are the memories Vietnam what a place it was in 2000,2001 seeya.

I was here a month ago. Didn’t start well as I was scammed by a taxi driver. But I enjoyed the rest of my stay. Was told by an Aussie to avoid the street food due to hygiene reasons, so I ended up dining in a restaurant full of expats 🤣

So hey I just got back from Thailand I spent a week in Bangkok my first week there lots of fun there on Sukhumvit Soi 11, doing the NGO motobike drags with CBmedia, getting lost in Bangkok at night after a night market at 1 in the morning that was fun went to that skatepark you found at that Japanese Market. Yeah i suck now 😪 Songkran in Pattaya, Chad's bday on soi 7 & 6 ...you travel like I do...off grid, meet the locals, like I did in Hua Hin. Thanks for the inspiration. Maybe we'll have a beer sometime 🤘😘🌬🌬➡️🍻
