@@plus_2853 a cathedral is bigger than a church and is usually run by a bishop a church is run by a priest, plus a cathedral serves as the principal church in a diocese or geographical area and supervise the churches in that area, all in all in christianity has three categories of places of worship ( chapel - church - cathedral ), in Morocco we have two big cathedrals one in tangier it's called "our lady of the assumption cathedral" and its the seat of the Archdiocese of tangier, and this one in the video wish is called "st. Peter's cathedral" and is the ecclesiastical seat of the archdiocese of rabat run by cardinal Cristóbal López Romero .

Don't worry, Marrakesh was the capital in Medieval times, chiefly under the Almoravid and Almohad dynasties, most of time the capital of Morocco was the city of Fès, Rabat only became the capital city during the recent French colonial period.

@SLY - I found Rabat to be like any capital - boring and quiet. But it's good you are seeing a good chunk of Morocco. The luggage organizers are the BEST- found them on amazon and they have been my best traveling friend. The high-speed train ride is special as it is the only one of its kind in Africa. Enjoy

European capitals are neither boring nor quiet, in Africa Cairo too. Anyways it’s irrelevant, it’s better for a capital to be quieter because it’s more safe

you can take the tram from Rabat to deep in salé (final stop, terminus of the tram) there the food is very good for sale and it is more pleasant and less tourists, but you have to watch out for your durable stuff the people are poor there, you can call it the downtown

I rescued 48 cats so far in Casablanca. I ran all sorts of paid ads to find serious adopters, without success. I resorted to foreign shelters where they have been accepted. I got all their blood work done to be eligible to travel to North America and some of them to Western Europe. I’m stuck with transportation. There is no pet relocation company in the whole country of Morocco which is a shame, the only way is to get them to travel with people (maximum 1 cat per passenger). In case you can onboard a cat, I’ll pay for the flight fees plus $250 for your kindness. Thank you much and God bless.

Stupidity speaks the Kingdom of Morocco and the Kingdom of Spain. We have always been an alliance and a common history. We controlled Iberia for 800 years, and even Spain during the Renaissance and Europe colonized our north, and at some point we swore against the Ottomans.
