My First Ayahuasca Experience Was Wild! (The Full Story)

In this animated story, I tell the story of my first Ayahuasca Experience. How it send me into space, to meet different gods, and how it broke a lady and made the rituals shaman almost call an ambulance. It's a crazy story, but it is also a true story.

Thanks for the honest share - I went to Peru in April this year and had four ceremonies, the first and last being the most intense and those in between very dark. What made your video so relatable for me personally was the animation clip of multiple snakes writhing, this is what I experienced very visually at one point, and I have been trying to put into words what a few seconds conveyed very well! Like in your animation, there were no heads or tails, just a mass of writhing metallic skinned snakes with fractal geometric scales swirling in on each other, and in the background a deafening roar like standing under a huge waterfall. I felt trapped in this space for what seemed a very long period until things morphed into a different scene (also extremely intense and not pleasant). I really liked your animation, it added to creating a surreal effect that complimented the viewing experience.

Thank you so much for such a great comment and sharing your experience. I cannot imagine doing 4 rituals shortly after each other. That sounds intense!

I once was offer an ayahuasca ceremony opportunity but I declined it because I was starting my own photo business. If I have taken that opportunity my life would have been very different from where I am now. Thanks for sharing your story! And looking forward to meet your crew in November.

Thank you for sharing. I'm completely fascinated by these stories and would love to experience something like this, but it's not for me. I know being the person I am, I would fight it and have an experience like the woman you were with.

Thank you for the kind comment, and I think your stance is wise. Most people jump to it for a trill, something to get them out of a dull existence. If you feel called to it some day, it will be because there is a good reason for it.

It is definitely not a "for shits & giggles" thing to do and certainly wise to know when you are ready; it is said Pacha Mama will call you, and if she does, you will certainly be ready, even though it may be challenging.

Well done my Viking brother, I got there on mystic mushrooms and lsd as a joke, but think I knew nothing of the north nor runes, and I find myself doing Utiseta near a waterfall on my journey, a colossal sized Algir appears and a voice says to me, my son I have searched for you in every dimension now I have found you come back to life. Greetings from an Italian who lives near the Teutoburg Forest.

@@NorseFamily1 Yes I was experiencing a depressive state the period, the world as I knew it was collapsing, and I think in the vision it has so much of past lives, which I was also told years later by my Norwegian acquaintances who practice shamanism, that it was absurd what I knew about northern history and about using runes and that I must have been there several times they called me by a name that means Ancient Spirit of Wolves. That´s it no lies in my writing.

I almost went to a cerimony a week ago. It was a guy I know who was going to administer it, however I felt afraid the day before and cancelled. I then realized it may have been for the better, as the guy seems to be inexperienced. Even though he has a few years of experience, he is not a shaman and the more I do research the more I see he lacks knowledge. So I am going to look for other places in order to participate.
