May Allah bless the brother who cooked for you. May Allah bless your friendship. Beautiful to see. It reminds me of my time at university, I started 1999. Back then, i was christian and had very limited knowledge of Islam. I also never really knew any Muslims. At university, it was the first time, i got to know some. And I noticed, there was something special to their friendship and I couldn't tell what it was. But i was impressed. After a while i got interested in knowing more about Islam. We started talking about religion and i noticed, I need to update my knowledge about Christianity. I started going to church again and re-read the Bible. Long story short: the outcome of the process was my shahada in 2003. 🙂 Alhamdulillah. Haven't missed a Ramadan ever since alhamdulillah and I feel blessed to be able to fast this year again. I know some people (younger than me) who cannot fast due to chronical pain. May Allah cure the sick and help all our brothers and sisters in each and every country to be able to fast in peace and prosperity

On an other note: feeling more hostility in Germany and due to their unacceptable foreign policy mainly towards Palestine many Muslims are currently considering leaving this country and migrating to a Muslim majority country. Would you say, Saudi is a good place to migrate to? I know it only from umrah visits, and I am aware this is a particular way to know it. Regular life might be different. How is the political situation there currently? If this topic is not too touchy, would be great to learn from your and your parents perspective

Ma sha Allah, i have been a subscriber of this channel since the covid era but this is one of the videos that struck home w me ive always had trouble making friends, and seeing you guys pray together, eat together, and basically just do ibadah together really warms my heart. In this ramadan, im having a rather difficult time, not only for the reason that im currently living alone away from my family, but also because im preparing for my licensure exam which happens in 8 days. Ngl, i feel like giving up. Im also sad that i cant do the usual ibadah i do during ramadan because studying is the activity that is taking a lot from my time. Its only day 2 here, but this ramadan is currently the most difficult one ive had in my life. your content has always hit it home for me. My love for Saudi and simply being a practicing young muslim will always be one of my favorite ones. I hope you keep up the good work with this channel, your studies, and this life. Glad you got enjoyment from the video, and don't stress man! We all have times when a lot is happening, but remember that Allah doesn't give someone more than they can bear. Also Allah knows what you're going through, and as long as your intention is good you will inshallah get your good deeds even if you're only able to do less ibadah than normal. Keep pushing!

I feel like crying its so heartwarming. Im ashamed to say to say i have taken my islam for granted as I was born into it but people like you ( and the blonde Muslim) make me strive to be a better Muslim. So proud of you. Personally, we wake up 20- 30 minutes prior to Sahoor have eggs/ toast coffee. Then some yogurt finishing up w/ a teaspoon of warm honey. This prevents us from getting thirsty. Or if I’m too lazy just a banana & a protein shake followed by yogurt & honey. So proud of you. May Allah bless you & your wonderful family.
