I work in a nursing home. I give the older folks a toothbrush with toothpaste while they are in the shower to be sure they brush. They can spit on the floor of the shower. Saves time & otherwise they wont brush. I also end the shower with them washing thier eye glasses in the shower. No use putting dirty glasses on a clean face 😊

I learned a very valuable lesson once with windshield washer fluid. lol I live in the northeast. I put in some inexpensive fluid once, not realizing it was not rated for winter. I still had some in my reservoir when winter got here. I was heading into the city during a snow event, and tried using the washer fluid to clear my windshield...nothing came out. It was frozen and could have made for a very dangerous situation. So my suggest, if you live anywhere that gets below freezing, make sure the washer fluid is rated for colder temps. Lesson learned for me!

I am an assistant manager at Dollartree in Marion, Iowa, and I spoke with my DM. I was told that every year, Dollartree closes down some stores that are just not bringing in enough profit. Believe me, I get asked at least 50 times a day about the stores closing. By the way, you are amazing. I enjoy watching your videos. Love seeing Otis also...

Otis! That’s his name… I referred to him as buddy as that’s what he was calling him a few times. I did hear Otis but couldn’t recall at the moment. Beautiful baby boy! Just a thought, what do you have for him? Meaning, do you have different types of trees or anything for him to climb on or diy toys that can be made? It boils down to people stealing let’s just put it out there. They’re still opening new stores that’s what nobody’s talking about. They’re not just closing stores. They’re closing nonprofitable stores with high shrink and other issues.

I love seeing Mr. Otis. He is so handsome and cute!! It's funny how he comes and goes while you are doing your videos!! He wants to be with his daddy!! Animals are so inquisitive, especially cats. 💗🐈 Like the mini fan, the flashlight with bone on it and mini bags, and the lightening bolt nail file!! Too cute!! Diamond paint sets are very cheap on Temu. I started doing them when I saw them on there. Fun! Neat that DT has small ones to try. Artificial sweeteners are so bad for you. Try to stay away from them, if you can, Jamie. They cause a lot of damage to the body.😭 The disco ball is a riot!! Back to the 70's!! Lol. Your plant looks great in the basket. OMG!! Love that mirror!! It's adorbs!! Can't believe DT has those!! I have a bigger one that is similar to it!! Like the long plaque that says be blessed with a flower on it. Pretty. Oh my, I hadn’t heard about the Grand Rapids stores. I’m in Royal Oak, I’m praying for our stores not to close, but we have several in a 15 mile radius, so I’m not so hopeful. I’m just worried for the employees. 😢

I can understand closing Family Dollar stores as that merchandise is now in the Dollar Trees with "Plus" sections and higher-priced items.

$ tree is now just another old store. Not fun and you have to keep asking what is the price. Pricing going up and packaging, quantity getting smaller. Not worth going to here.

I absolutely LOVE the basket with your IKEA plant in it. Your other two baskets would be a perfect size for potpourri. JMO 🤷 Also, I saw a DIY using the bubble balloon. The balloon, 2 dowel rods taped to the balloon. One dowel on each side. Then it was placed and attached to a plastic basket with Easter grass, candy, plastic eggs and a stuffed bunny rabbit. It was a hot air balloon Easter basket. So adorable. All of the items were bought from Dollar Tree too. The Grip flossers are wonderful and your beach bag OMGOSH I want one too. Thank you for sharing your haul. Can't wait to see what you create with the resin liquid. Stay awesome, strong and sweet.

We keep a toothbrush in the shower but use it to swish the water out of the metal tray thing at the bottom of the shower door. We just keep it in the tray. This prevents so much water dripping on the floor.

I have only one Dollar Tree and only one Dollar General where I live. Hope those stay open. Dollar Tree I get a ride to as needed. Dollar General is three blocks away and within walking distance. Cool stuff. Hello Otis!

I use the hair color from Dollar Tree every few months and I’ve never had a problem. I love the fact that they don’t have a harsh smell like other dyes. I also get compliments about the color. JMHO.

Hi Jamie. I know people say hang that disco ball off of your rear view mirror. Please don't do that! When the sun hits the ball it can be blinding and dangerous to other drivers. In some states it is against the law to hang anything off of the rear view mirror. You always have nice hauls. Oh and your sister can order bulk party items from DT for your nieces wedding. As a DT employee I can say the canning jars come with lids. People probably took them. Happens a lot in our store.

Have a couple of those wooden bins with the cut-out pattern on one side. Planning on glueing them to a piece of wood I will be putting on top of some small drawer bins for teas. The bins will hold strainers for loose leaf tea.

Have you tried aloe Vera on your burn? I use Desert Harvest in the pump. It works really well on iron burns too. Love ❤your videos! ❤ Cindy Blackburn

My hubs got me a beautiful diamond painted kit for Christmas a few years ago. I haven't started it yet because I've been trying to finish a cross stitch i started 9 years ago. Yep, 9 years! Its by Heaven and Earth Designs and its called "The Nativity". Very involved piece. I'm very close to finishing it now, so the diamond piece is next. Of course I haven't been working on The Nativity constantly, life and other projects have gotten in the way. Lol

YOU CAN USE THOSE LITTLE THINGS YOU WANT TO USE FOR THE WREATH WITHOUT GETTING THEM WET THAT WOULD BE COOL 😁

Hi, love your videos. My husband has used the die, as long as you go by the directions and DON'T leave it to long, it did really good. It made him look younger. He had more gray than you do now.

I’ve done that on a FaceTime therapy call! 😂 Yes, Mississippi doesn’t look like it’s doing too well. I did see a small town listed that my grandmother used to live. Brought back some memories.

I have very close friend who's whole entire family uses the toothbrush in the shower only. Also I think you look very handsome with the little salt and pepper in your beard however if you want to try it just to see if it works great but don't think you need it. I just saw the crab meat at my local Dollar Tree store but did not pick it up. I picked up lots of their tuna and Alaska salmon. The flower boxes I have also heard you could use those as holders for your paint brushes or makeup brushes or anything you can think of. They are very Universal. Which surprises me that somebody Dollar Trees are closing since they are opening so many Family Dollar / Dollar Tree stores in the state of Iowa. I have watched several KZreadrs talking about this and not talking about this on the closures so I guess we will have to wait and see!

I use imitation crab with onions, peppers and seasonings. Cook in skillet til onions and peppers are soft. Use like stir fry. Use with rice sometimes

I I like the imitation crab meat to make seafood salad. Otis is so cute. My Missy would be up there playing in the plastic bags her favorite toy. She will pull them out of trash cans. Leave the gray in the beard looks good.

Part of the fun about dollar tree, is everything was a dollar 💰 the magic is gone. I grew up in the 90s and we had a 99¢ store. I remember it was floor to ceiling. Super high quality stuff too, back then. I wish I could go back in time 😒

I've never been in business or worked in finance, but I've never understood the concept of taking on a floundering business. It really made no sense to my pea brain. Seemed like they were just delaying the inevitable. I have no research to back that up. Just a gut feeling at first glance. I could see if there were an emotional attachment, but usually in business emotions aren't considered. I always feel bad when a business that has been around for years closes, though, whether I frequented them or not. I sure am glad the LORD ain't like that! Broken things mean a WHOLE LOT to Him!❣ He specializes in putting them back together.😊 Where would all of us be without His mercy?!

Hello from Tennessee!!! I didn’t see any of mine listed, thank goodness. Although the way some of them look, I get the feeling they may close but they unfortunately always look empty and distraught. However, in the next town down the road a bit, just this week I was able to go to a different one and OH EM GEE!!!! They had so much and it’s one with a plus section! I was in there for 2 hours and spent almost $100! I was a bit embarrassed but thought, if they are going to close, I need to stock up! Plus, I wasn’t sure when I’d get another chance to get out there. But I will be back, this I do know. I did notice they didn’t quite have certain things the other ones closer to me did actually have, so I guess it evens out. The puck lights and the kitchen organizers. The glass containers weren’t there as the ones closer. So that’s ok, I can deal with that. I just want to say I love your videos and your sweet boy! I love cats and I know he just wanted to be in the video and also letting you know he wanted your attention. They also love sticking their cute little faces in everything they can. Especially something new! You’re always a joy to watch and listen to. As soon as you smelled that popcorn candy, I knew you may not love it. I was saying to you, oh no, don’t smell it, it probably smells worse than it tastes. 😂 oh and when you put the dangling plant to the side, “buddy” was gonna get it!! Hi Jamie, I wanted to give you a tip that my girlfriends that dye their hair dark, use Vaseline around their forehead to prevent any dye getting on their face. With a beard, I'd probably suggest putting the Vaseline on your face with a Qtip. Looking forward to seeing you next time with a dark beard, and not a stained face. That said, I believe that most, if not all of your followers, think that the little bit of grey just adds a dash of debonair to your appearance. It hasn't hurt George Clooney's fan base. You're obviously a much younger man, but with a dash of sophistication. 😊

I didn't see any of my stores on your list. I live just across the bridge from Pensacola, so I have 10 to shop at. I have 3 favorites, so I hope none of them get cut. We have 2 or 3 Family Dollars in town. We have 10 Dollar General stores in my town!! My town isn't that big.
