With those meds, you dehydrate a lot more easily. So you need to focus more on hydration, which is not easy but necessary. Wishing you good energy on your health and mental wellness journey

Hello! This is my first video I’ve ached of yours and I live these types of videos. As far as the woman whose husband got another woman pregnant..she’s clearly such a good person. It makes me so sad that she’s even questioning herself in this situation. Effffff that b and her ex. I would have done far worse with not an ounce of shame. They should not have put her in that position to begin with.

I take both those meds and I get dehydrated really fast. Drink a lot of fluids!

Wellbutrin and buspirone do not cause sun sensitivity but I recommend checking all the skin products you use. some ingredients in those can cause sensitivity to sun or you could develop an allergy to them that the heat can make worse (from a family med PA)

ugh thank you so much!!! im thinking it could be the salicylic acid that I use now that you say that - I only use it like once a week bc my skin is so sensitive but that's rly the only product I use that could be the problem

That's probably it! Skin care can be so finicky like that. A lot of anti acne fighting topicals tend to make you sensitive to the sun unfortunately. Best to talk to your PCP or a dermatologist to get a good regimen​@@jamie.nelson98

I feel like I can never use anything because my skin alwaysss reacts its so sensitive

buspar doesn’t make you sensitive to sun. i asked my mom who has been on it for yeeeears. she gets in the tanning bed and lays out on the beach. i wonder if it’s anything you are putting on your skin having a reaction to the sun?

So weird!!! Bc I use the same sunscreen everyday so it can’t be that. And I have tried to limit my skincare to basics bc my skin has always been so sensitive. Maybe I have just naturally developed and allergy to the sun lol

Do you happen to use a facial razor at all? Random, but if you scrape too much of your skin it can be more sensitive especially in sunlight. Could be another thing to consider?? Hope you get it resolved! ily!!
