If you're indog, maybe try to research more about your local brand, in Wich county and since when that brand started to sell their products... if other countries said that indomie is good and they eat it since a child, doesn't mean that brand is originated from that country...

As an Indonesian, i agree that indomie is absolutely delicious ! However, i just want to clarify that indomie is not ramen, mie translates to noodles in Indonesian. What I'm trying to clarify is that indomie (the goreng) is supposed to replicate Indonesian stir fried noodles. Ramen is a term mostly used for japanese noddles. So using the term ramen for indomie isn't exactly correct. So technically, indomie is Indonesian noodles ! (However there is a indomie type that can be called ramen. The original isn't exactly ramen.) Edit : Also i didn't intend to start a fight in the comments, I'm just stating what i think (And again, i'm Indonesian my self. )

Brown it in a pan and add dark soy sauce and msg and the chili oil while in the pan, will drastically improve the taste, and if u make the egg a soft boiled one (5-7mins) it will pair perfectly with the noodles

yes, that brand is so good, i don't even add much outside of the seasoning packets it comes with and yet it still slaps
My favorite ramen recipe (no specific measurements): - Fill a small pot with about an two inches of water (amount of water may vary based on how much broth you want.) - Combine seasoning salt, gates seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and your ramen seasoning into your pot to boil. - Once your broth is at a boil, place your ramen into the pot to cook. - Let your ramen cook in the pot. stir occasionally. Do not overcook. - Serve, and enjoy!

@@surrk1057 there's no soy sauce on indomie, only sweet soy sauce to make indomie so delicious...well, maybe everybody have difference taste like who love soy sauce or who love sweet soy sauce... indomie isn't ramen which use soy sauce

@@Sukina1The i eat indomie goreng quite often, it's usually darker than that even if you mix it with a bunch of things, besides he only added green onion to it. If its not the beef fat, either he didn't stir it enough or the camera makes it look slightly lighter in colour. Honestly who cares? Indomie is delicious we could agree to that ☺️🤝
Just one note one indomie goreng, as an indonesian id say its best to use water that you have used to boil some veg or you could add some fat to the water while boiling the noodles. Also something about the noodles makes it better to sort of cook aldente, you want to sort of leave the noodles alone and not stir them while its boiling. Then once the noodles are sort of looser on both sides thats when you want to strain and move the noodles to a bowl. Mix the sauces and powders, then mix in the noodles. Only if you want to reach that 11/10 result then you can add a bit of powdered milk around 1 tbsp to the mix
