Seriously, I'm not fishing for shoutouts here. If you were mentioned in this video, know that it's 100% because I love your content and want to help you out a bit.
Sorry to any channels I forgot to mention here. There are plenty that I like, but whose content I almost never actually watch. I made sure to show my entire subscription list a couple of times to account for that.
Thanks for making my dreams come true, guys.
All the music in this video is from the Donut County OST by Daniel Koestner & Ben Esposito, as well as "Gourmet Race" from the Kirby Super Star OST by Jun Ishikawa

So 100k came a bit faster than I was expecting (understatement of the year), so once again I had to push this video up to today rather than next Monday. I'm order to stay on schedule, there won't be a video next Monday. Sorry about that, but hopefully this vid will recommend enough content to keep you busy until then 😉

Just wanted to say I appreciate the shout-out! I'd actually been getting recommended a bunch of your videos before this so I've been working my way through your catalogue and I like it a lot! I actually especially related to the video you made recently about getting bigger on YT and how that can actually feel weirdly uneasy. Hell, even the fact that you mention in this video you don't watch my stuff anymore for fear of unknowingly internalising/reproducing ideas in your own work is an anxiety I feel in my goddamn bones. For what it's worth though, this is an anxiety a lot of creators I've spoken to deal with, and the general consensus seems to be that even if you're unwittingly close to someone else's idea, you're probably expressing it in a way that's unique enough to you that it's not really an issue (and that this space is so big now that you're probably bound to say something similar to someone else at some point). Basically what I'm saying is that if, for some reason, you've been dying to watch the work of any of the creators you mentioned but feel like you can't, I'm sure I speak for a lot of us when I say you're all good. Like I say though, I appreciate the shout out a lot. You seem like you've got a good head on your shoulders and are dealing with channel growth the right way. I like what I've seen so far and I'm very excited to see where you go from here!

Ahoy. (High-quality videos, and the topics covered are all related to video games in some way, shape, or form.) Game Maker's Toolkit. (Want a in-depth look into aspects of game design? Check this one out!) Girlfriend Reviews. (A girlfriend reviews games that her boyfriend plays. The editing style is pretty unique, and it fits their character.) Nyxipuff. (A Twitch streamer with quite the infectious enthusiasm and energy. She puts highlights of her streams on her KZread channel.) Yeah, all of them are gaming related. Nothing wrong with that, right? EDIT: I decided to add little descriptions to explain why I personally like them, and why they should be checked out.

I’ve listed my favorite creators below, while not all of the channels I watch, they’re some of my favorites: 1. Scott the Woz (Mostly a video games discussion channel, often Nintendo related. Absolutely hilarious commentary.) 2. Microwave Society (Bunch of friends just having fun, playing games and interacting with folks in their Discord from time to time.) 3. Inside a Mind (A channel that often covers various internet mysteries, as well as some more paranormal related ones.) 4. Daily dose of internet (It’s literally in the name.) 5. LazyPurple (A TF2 oriented channel, with some variety content sprinkled here and there. I’d recommend checking out his “How it feels to play [TF2 class here]” series, as they’re very well made and are quite popular on his channel.) 6. James Lee (This guy’s editing skills are absolutely stellar. He’s definitely more of an adult oriented creator, so, try to keep an open mind if you plan on checking him out.) And, that’s all of them, at least, all of my favorite ones. I’d definitely recommend checking at least a few of these channels out, as all of them are of great quality.

I would say Ahoy is the single best channel on KZread. More polished than most networks put out, a voice just as interesting as Morgan Freeman or David Tennant, and as consistent as a jar of honey. Awesome insight into games 3. The Act Man - Great guy and certified bro. His series "Why is - insert game - so awesome / so bad" is... so awesome! 4. Dude you make the best content I’ve ever seen. Better than the top youtubers. You inspire me to make video games (haven’t made any yet but you get the point). Your overall knowledge of the video game topic is amazing. If your game ever gets released I will without a doubt buy it.;)

A very nice list. I found myself to have already been a fan of *most* of the channels listed, although I am very much glad you ended up informing me of many obscure yet amazing creators. Also, I'd like to list a few other youtubers which hold a special place to me. The first one is, quite sadly, a dead channel. He stopped uploading in 2018. Despite this, I wholeheartedly ask that you watch his Who is Simon? video. It's a wonderful analyses which, despite not having the same goal as you, I believe is very much well done and accurate. The second one would be Raycevick. I don't recall when he last uploaded, but he has uploaded countless great videos. He specializes in looking back upon a game: the development studio, the gameplay elements, the story, their impact, his personal experiences, the development itself which often ended up drastically affecting certain features. The third one is F2NKe, FUNKe's secondary channel. While I honestly recommend you check both out, I feel that his secondary channel that focuses on a lot of different subjects (from streams to game reviews) due to it possibly being easier to get into. The fourth one is Boat Bomber, one of the few channels that brings at least a chuckle out of me with every one of his videos. I wouldn't call it exactly hysterical, though his videos are fairly well made and quite fun. The fifth one is Cvit, who I feel regularly puts out some of the best reviews I have access to. The only issue i that ome of his videos are a bit hit or miss, so I recommend you try a more different array of videos. Now, a bit of a quickfire round. Daidus has some really good animations and is probably my favourite out of the "story" youtubers. Lord Bung, whose arse may or may not still be broken, has an amazing animated series that you should really check out. Sseth has easily the funniest content I've found on youtube, with little to no competition. The only guy I could think of right now is KnowledgeHub, who's slow descent into insanity only gets funnier and funnier.

I've been watching a ton of your videos lately cause they keep getting suggested to me and it's some quality work you're doing. You can't imagine my surprise when I just realized that you get so little views/engagement for the work you're putting out. I guess this video is as good a place as any to post this but I just wanted you to know I really enjoy your content both thematically and quality wise, it's pretty much exaxtly what I like to seek out on youtube, so thank you for that. I obviously subscribed and hope to see a ton more from you once I made it through your backlog.

You know, it's quite relieving to know that there is someone who feels the same way about things like you, Like I know some days feel empty and all, but that's why I come to escape, here on KZread. Like, I spend hours of just sitting alone and watching some content and i'm really grateful about that. Everyone looks at me weirdly, but here it's just no one cares. Video essays, entertaining content in general, ones that my fav content creators produce is amazing to me. It's like creating art. and I really love your art. Thank you for suggesting cool channels. Now I have got another day to spend watching some stuff. Btw do you find new content creators from your subscribers? one i could really suggest for philosophical and comedic purposes is probably exurb1a. I want to suggest so many content creators but that's all for now. I have spent years on this platform and tbh it's quite better than just sleeping ;D

I've got Netflix, Amazon - thousands upon thousands tv shows and films and docs and standups - 1000 lifetimes content and I still get most of my entertainment from YT finding gems like your channel and than 'down the rabbit hole (hello Fredrik) you give here even more (Renns talking to sex worker about FarCry5 - priceless). I wish I had more money to donate monthly to each and everyone of my fav channels. YT as a company - how they treat creators or censor content is bad but because it's full of creators like you Leadhead it's flawed but great. Wish you and all the rest success and recognition you deserve.
